I purchased 2 pairs of pants at -9.99. (With s&h it was $33.00) They were too big. I sent them back with the paperwork they provided to get a smaller size.
They sent me a email certificate for a credit for 10.43 and said that should cover the cost - but then they jacked up the price of the pants to $28.00.
Going round and round with this company is like talking to a wall!!!

“I’ve been buying these pants for many years. I wait until they go on sale for $9.99. Because, They are not worth more than that. They fade after a few washings. I called him my throwaway pants and they are just fine for working around the house. However, the ones I just purchased have a waistband that is bulky flops over and bunches up. I usually put a keychain holder on my waistband and that is impossible to do with the new pants.
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was none available but they would return my call. Still waiting these pants are definitely defective and I would like the same deal on the same type of pants I normally buy (where the waistband lays flat instead of bunched up and folded over). The woman, I spoke to said she could not guarantee that. I recorded my conversation.”
“Send me some use shoes that was dirty on bottom sole. This is sad. When I call it in, she ask if I want a credit card. I told her no. She must think I’m crazy. I received no invoice to see how much my bill is. I do not recommend using this company at all.”
“I ordered some summer pjs that were supposedly available and was told they wouldn't be available until December. I was willing to wait so I'd have them for the next year. But when my order finally came in, the date on my credit card had expired and they canceled the order. They didn't give me any time to make a simple date correction to the same card. “First of all I have been ordering from women within for a couple of years. My last order I ordered 4 pairs of pants. Two wide leg and 2 straight leg. I ordered them to wear on vacation. When I received them I was sent all wide leg pants. When I called about their mistake I was on told I would have to pay to send them back. I ask for supervisor and one was not available, but would call me when they were. Been waiting now 10 hours. I called back and then was told I could buy the pants I wanted again and then send back the other ones and get a refund. Either way I pay more money and will not have the right pants for my vacation, I leave in 5 days. Will not order anything from this company again.”
