“My order of a new piece of glass and rope gasket went smoothly. The glass was a perfect fit, as well as the gasket. I watched their recommended video on how to change your own glass. It was quite helpful. I have had several fires since replacing the glass and all is well.”

“ordered replacement ceramic glass for a Carolina insert. When it came, the diagonal cut didn't match my unit. This was quickly resolved with a custom cut piece and a shipping label supplied to return the piece that didn't fit . I was very pleased with the curtious and efficient way this was handled.”
