“fast shipping, nice cellular blanket, but the address on the package was incomplete, so I had to call the courier to solve the ( little ) problm”

“Items arrived quickly although the full address was not included on the shipping label and the package was initially delivered to the wrong address. With Fed-Ex tracking we were able to collect the package at Fed-Ex.”

“HAD TO RETURN PURCHASE AS IT WAS CREAM NOT WHITE, (TOP OF THE RANGE WAS OT AVAILABLE IN WHITE,)Suggest wording for each product indicates clearly what is available. Duvet looks very good otherwise. Just needed what colour was available.”

“I really love the quality of the product. In particular, being able to use wool based products rather than petroleum based products (like polyester fibrefill) is important to me. As such, I am VERY disappointed at the amount of packaging on the sheets and pillowcases I ordered recently. Each individual pillowcase tied in a branded cotton twill tape AND wrapped in plastic? Seriously? And then the whole package sent in plastic? Other retailers are using paper for shipping and only the twill tape. I'm sure this is possible.”

“So far, my daughter, who is allergic to dust mites, is enjoying a peaceful sleep in the woolroom's hypoallergenic beddings that we bought recently. They are of high quality and I would highly recommend them.”

“I’m very disappointed that last week I paid £56.99 (£3 off as new customer) for the deluxe pillow and yesterday I received an offer of £41.99. I’ve just ordered a light deluxe double duvet; I hope that this won’t be a similar scenario. The pillow is comfortable, seems cooler but as the temperatures have been so high it’s hard to decide.”

“Lovely high quality product. As promised is warm, breathable and delivered quickly. Only qualm is that the duvet does smell of sheep which I did not expect but this is only a minor thing.”

“The V shaped pillow is just what I wanted not too large it takes over the bed, The pillow case is too tight I think it had been cut to the same pattern as the pillow forgetting the filling as it is tight when on. I have had a duvet in the past plus mattress protector and they are superb and I would recommend them.”

“Wool duvets were an unknown but thought we’d give this summer weight one a try and are very pleased we did. It’s light but evenly warm and cool on hot nights. Comfortable to sleep under as it stays put even with a fidgety partner. Good quality, would recommend.”

“I bought my wool mattress protector to put on my memory foam mattress, I was a little disappointed that the first night I slept on it I still felt too hot. I had seen other reviews saying that it sorted the clamminess of memory foam mattresses, however, I think I had just allowed those comments to build up my expectations. I did still feel too hot, but the second and third night I felt it was at least 50% better. I was surprised that it was incased in material, I thought I would acutually be lying of wool. On the whole I am happy with me new purchase.”

“US Size Deluxe Washable Wool Mattress Protector. Nicely made product. Amazing cotton carry case included. I bought it to make my new foam mattress cooler. It works to some degree. I was hoping for a more cooling affect, however. But giving it's thinness it really does an OK job. It does gives the mattress a more comfortable feeling to sleep on.”

“This is my third duvet from you. As you can tell, I love them though I would say that this particular one feels warmer than the tog rating. It doesn't bother me but my husband has been moaning about it being too warm.”
