“Good customer service. Product received, great condition. Slight smell, not sure what from”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are happy you have had good customer service and that you like your product. Some of our products do have a "woolly" or "sheepy" smell, but that will go after a really good airing and then the wool will adapt to the environment around the product and take on the smell around it. Hopefully the smell has gone by now. Thanks Sally

“Delivered swiftly. Nice packaging. Duvet noticeably different from feathers. Getting on OK. It's not as warm as my others , my husband loved it immediately. I'm enjoying it more with time. I feel that there is more air circulation, which makes it cooler. Feels healthier!”

“I bought tow sets of duvets and pillows on the recommendation of a friend. My husband and I have never slept so well. Excellent quality.”
