“Great product, good service - did need to call to confirm order was received as no email was sent, but easily sorted. Very happy with mattress topper, comfortable and warm, thanks. Only confusion is label on topper says dry clean only, but on cover it came in says dry clean or 40C wool wash - can you do either?”

“I’m a huge fan of Woolroom products having purchased deluxe pillows, pillow cases, duvets, mattress toppers and mattress covers all of which are superb and offer superlative comfort. I am however a little bit disappointed with the V pillow as I feel that it could have had a little bit more wool inside (I am loathe to pay for more wool bearing in mind the cost of the pillow). Despite my disappointment in the V pillow, I would not hesitate to recommend all the Woolroom products, you will not find better!”

Can I ask whether you've yet fluffed the pillow up from the inside? This can be done using the zip along the side and should make your pillow feel much fuller. “Having used down and feather duvets for many years I decided to try this. I was getting a blocked nose and thought I would see if this helped. I think it has, it has quite a different cell on you to the down duvet but I do like it and very happy.”

“I had a quite a bit of issues with ordering online. The website had delivered to my address in the Netherlands earlier but somehow had an error with my address this time around. The email support send a solution that didn't work as well. It just wasn't going through to checkout so i skipped on trying to order. Eventually i tried again after a month. This time i faced the same error on the website but i used the live chat, the service representative was very helpful and we tried out different solutions for 30 minutes, the same issues remained. Finally, as nothing worked the representative then asked me to order via call. But this time i didn't face any issues. i used the main service number but was connected quickly to the person i was chatting with; they had all my information at hand. I just had to give my payment details and my order was successfully placed and dispatched. i received the order a day ahead of time. I was not very happy with website issues but patience and quick processing of the service team has ensured i'll keep the organization in mind for any future wooly requirements.”

“Lovely products, but the box they were delivered to was not secure, the brown tape had come unstuck exposing the items. It was a wet and rainy day. I would suggest you use more tape and stick it to the box.”

“I have given four stars only because no one has yet slept under the new duvet, although it's on the bed in the spare room. I love the feel of the new duvet, not too heavy, or light, really good quality feel to it, and lovely bag it arrived in. Delivery was very fast. It looks much more expensive and I think it will get the extra star when someone stays.”

“The staff at the end of the phone were very helpful and I appreciate this is a company that still allows customers to ring and speak to someone rather than insisting on email contact only. I ordered the Luxury Alpaca Organic Duvet All Season, size double, for our son. We tried it first one night before putting it on his bed. It was a fairly mild night in early October. I found it very comfortable to sleep under. I wasn't cold or too hot; just right in fact. I can't say what it would be like on a very cold night. I love the idea that sheep's wool is being used to good effect. The two duvets together are quite heavy and I find getting the duvet up into our son's cabin bed quite hard work. This is not a deal-breaker though. However, I do have a criticism, but I think this is something that could be improved. A few days after putting the duvet on the bed the two layers have come apart. (Another reviewer has mentioned the same problem). The poppers that are supposed to keep them together had come undone and both duvets had separated to opposite sides of the duvet cover. I had to take them out, reconnect them and re-stuff the cover. As they are heavy this is quite a task and a nuisance. I suspect this operation might need to be repeated a couple of times a week. I'm planning to try sewing some strips of velcro to the duvets to see if that will keep them together better.”
