Horrible company! It has been almost 2 months since I placed an order; I have not received it or any notification of the shipment. When I called they lied several times about the shipment status, promising it would go out but it never did. Absolutely terrible customer service. It may be fine for the UK but I do not recommend shopping with them if you are in the US!

I purchased this for xmas gift. it did not work out because blanket is paper thin - AND I MEAN PAPER THIN - and pics are DECEIVING. Even with covid19 and xmas. they REFUSED MY RETURN. package is still sealed, proof of never been used. completely obnoxious

The issue started right after I nade the purchase. I wondered how an extra $30 was added to my charge and realized that had been tacked on for shipping with it not even showing up or having me select a shipping option. Then when I recieved it (not too bad of shipping time) I messed with the stuffing as it says to do to make it comfortable. I tried sleeping on it one night and ended up sleeping directly on the bed it was so uncomfortable. The next night I ended up on my boyfriend's pillow. The stuffing ended up on the opposite side of the pillow so it left my neck in a very uncomfortable angle. I contacted them for a return label (it says free returns on the website) and they then said I can't return it. I have no idea how you are supposed to see if a pillow works if you can't try and sleepbon it. Now I'm stuck with an expensive, gimmicky pillow that I can't return and have no desire to use. Perhaps the birds will have a use for the stuffing for their nests. I have not been this dissatisfied with a company before. Do not waste your money or time.

They never completed my return and never got back to me on my second attempt to get it fixed.

I placed my order almost a week ago and have received no email that it’s been shipped, when they expect to ship it, or why they haven’t shipped it. Just an order confirmation. I understand England has no Thanksgiving so I don’t understand the delay. And then I got an email today about how fast their shipping is.

I received my international shipment in a box that was severely damaged, with the product exposed and dirty in several places where the box was torn. Better packaging should be used for international shipments.

So far the review is only about communication since I didn’t receive the comforter yet, nor I received any confirmation that you received my order and processing it. So far I only saw my cc was charged

I am sorry to hear you have had a lack of communication. I can see we emailed you confirmation of your order the same morning you placed the order, sometimes the emails can go into the junk folder if it is a first time order but we did send it for you. I can see FedEx have delivered to you today on the first attempted delivery and the order was shipped the day after you placed the order. I cant see that FedEx have emailed you about the delivery so for that I do apologise and we will ensure they have email contact for all customers. The pillows do not perform as they say. They do not help with the sweats, and they are hard as a rock. We bought the extra wool, but there is no way to stuff the pillow because it is sealed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We're sorry to read that you're not enjoying your pillow as thousands of others do! It would appear that you bought our Luxury pillow which is not an adjustable product. This is why you cannot add the extra wool, which is for the Deluxe range pillow. While I appreciate that this is frustrating for you, the product title is 'Extra Wool for Deluxe pillows' and the product description clearly states that too. As for not helping with nightsweats, these pillows are scientifically proven to help. It's not just a claim. Can I check whether you're using all-natural bedlinen and not polyester/synthetic? Synthetic fibres are derived from plastic, and therefore inhibit the benefits you'll get from a lovely natural product. I do apologies again that your experience with Woolroom and our all-natural products has not been a pleasant one. Kind regards, Adam

I purchased the cotton comforter cover in a queen size together with the queen deluxe medium weight comforter thinking that they will fit well together being from the same seller. I washed the cover according to the instructions. The cover is 3 in. shorter and 5 in. narrower than the comforter. Consequently, the comforter is bunched up inside. There is no size tag on the cover. In addition, the flange became twisted after washing on one side only. I contacted customer service by email (with a photo) twice within a week upon receipt of the item but have yet to hear from them. I also wrote my review of the comforter cover that was not posted online.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you know we have been in contact with you regarding this issue, and feel it is now resolved. I'm sorry it has taken a while, but we needed all the information to make the correct decision on how to proceed. It is not something we usually come across with the shrinking of the duvet cover or the twisted flange but it is something we will contact the manufacturers about.
