The website is informative and helpful. I placed my order as a guest, however, and never received any email as to whether my order was processed, or any way of tracking the status of my order.

The stance of only allowing returns of a whole bed set once it has been opened and not if the pieces were ordered individually makes this company one I probably won’t use again. If I am spending a couple of hundred dollars on an item that I cannot view in person the return policy needs to be better. Stuck with a duvet that should have been about 5-8 inches wider now and after paying about $150 for it and being unable to return it once removed from the original packaging I will be stuck with it for a while.

Thank you for leaving a review. We offer free returns if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns once slept on as we no longer can sell as new as ,although not a nice thought, we all perspire at night. However we do go beyond by offering a 30 night sleep guarantee on complete bedding sets as we have scientifically proven that you will get the best results by cocooning yourself in wool and eliminating any other area of your bedding environment from hindering performance of our lovely natural products. Somehow my zip code was incorrectly written on package and was shipped to another address. The box was much too large for the item and was smashed and torn. Luckily I received two days later with the item unharmed.

This was my first purchase from Woolroom and while I haven't yet received the pillow I feel I can comment on my buying experience at the time of the order. I wanted to use my credit card for the purchase but for some reason, when I got to the last page after entering all the card info, the page went blank and I never got a confirmation page. So I was left wondering if the order actually went through or not. I waited a day and did not find a confirmation email in my inbox so I tried placing the order again this time using Paypal. The order was successful that time. Anyway, no big deal it's just that it left me with an uneasy feeling not know if my order went through.

I signed up for the newsletter after placing my order. It would have been better to state on the order form that one could receive a discount prior to placing the order. Have not yet received the order so cannot respond to the other questions.

So sad that your ordering system did not know of the *out of stock* issue. Seems we all wanted and the demand was so overwhelming we must all wait. So glad to get quick response of situation and am patiently waiting. Best regards, Mary

Ordered a week ago and item has not shipped as far as I can tell. I also have not received a delivery estimate date and my order is still in “payment authorized” status. Would just be nice to have a shipping estimate.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your order was delayed and this was partly due to the Easter long weekend holiday and then the catch up of a large volume of sales. We usually try to provide an express service to the US of two day shipping and so we apologise that you did not receive your woolroom products as quickly as we would have liked. Disappointed in the fabric cover. It seems to crackle and be very stiff. I purchased wool for several reasons, but the cover takes away from almost every one of those reasons. I will have to take out the filling and use different covers. Shipping was good.

Hi, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry the quality of the fabric is not what you expected and is "crackly". Sometimes the products do take a few days/nights use to soften up and for the customer to get used to the fabric as it is different from the down and synthetic bedding products. We hope you do try our bedding again. Sally
