“The delivery and product were good. Unfortunately the pillow was the wrong size for my pillow cases. I returned the pillow reluctantly for a refund I was really looking forward to having a wool pillow. |t took almost 2 weeks to receive a refund with £4.95 being taken off for return delivery. Be aware in big print it says free returns but only if the product is damaged read the small print, I didn't.”

“Very pleased with the service I received from the Woolrrom. The delivery was prompt and the goods well pack. I would say that I felt that the picture on the web site was a tad mislead leading I chosen the Gingham Woolen Pram Blanket. The picture gave the impression of the colours being equal however on unpacking it using tow shades of pink gave it a greater appearance of being pink. However it is keeping baby boy warm and snug.”

“I love your sustainable shipping and the quality of the quilt is really good. However, I wonder if your batting isn't too tight & too small. By letting the wool loft a bit more with wider compartments, it might be even warmer for the weight. However, this is a pretty minor issue.”

“the product arrived in good time and good quality packaging! once arrived the product wasnt quite what I wanted and it had a very strong sheep smell to it more than I was expecting. I have sent the product and waiting for a refund!”

“The alpaca mattress topper is excellent in every way. It fits securely over our king size mattress and is incredibly comfortable. The down side is that delivery took four weeks with little communication from the company. I almost decided to cancel but I'm glad that I did not,”

“Wasn't very sure if it was going to be warm enough as I'm always cold my partner is always too warm but it's great. I bought the medium &would highly recommend it. Fantastic a great buy I'm thinking of trying the pillows.”

“Just getting use to the pillow just realised you only need 1 pillow. I’ve put a silk pillowcase on it. So will see how it goes. Product was a wonderful design and I will give another review when I have used it for longer.”

“Our duvets just feel RIGHT. As slightly stiffer than normal, you adapt to how to snuggle around your neck but otherwise they are gentle, cuddly and seem to help temperature regulation through the night. The best is that they hold your warmth until your blissful return.”

“The website was easy to navigate and the product details were accurate. Delivery was good, as expected and to a timed slot. It lost one point as the plastic delivery bag was torn. Luckily the goods were not marked but would have been better in a box or heavier duty recyclable plastic.”

“Would have given 5 stars but Hermes delivery is rubbish.Hermes website this morning( 10.30 am) shows parcel still not with the courier even although it was delivered yesterday afternoon. Quality of is excellent and the colour is lovely, pity about the delivery service. Bring back Royal Mail”

I can see you are in the Highlands and the trailer for delivery arrives quite late in the Highlands and delivery will normally take place the following day making it a 2 day delivery service. “I had replaced my old mattress so decided to splash out and get a wool topper to. Whilst it is comfortable, the heat regulating effect doesn’t seem to be working for me. I have a high thread count cotton sheet on top, but still seem to be getting very hot and kicking off the covers . The mattress is made from natural fibres to and is pocket sprung so I don’t think it’s that. But on a positive, I’m looking forward to being nice and warm in the winter.”

Thank you Julie, the toppers are very densly packed and can sometimes have the opposite effect if you are a hot sleeper. Sometimes the protector with the thinner layer is enough to do the job. Thanks, Woolroom
