“I ordered 12 books simultaneously and they were all delivered individually by courier and in individual envelopes. A truly unsustainable model of ordering and I won't be doing this again I'm afraid. Environmental madness. It should be legislated against.”

“Normally it is very good. However, I am still waiting for a delivery which I was advised would take between 5 and 12 days and that was 3 weeks ago. I haven't received it yet hence my lack of responses below.”

“Awful problems with the delivery of my parcel. I was sent the wrong tracking information and when I asked where my parcel was I was told that it had been taken to a courier access point and I had to fetch it from there. No attempt seemed to have been made to deliver my parcel and as I was not given the correct courier information I had no means of tracking the parcel.”

“Still awaiting arrival of book - too late now for Xmas - I leave today. Have managed to purchase the same book, locally, at greater expense. However, as you do not offer free returns, I don't feel like paying more to return yours, if/when it arrives. A dilemma.”

“Ordered a book for the first time with this company. It was at the best price and let you know updates. Timing on their part was good . But Royal Mail made it a long wait . But that is out of the companies control and it come before Christmas. Would recommend :)”
