“I ordered a map from Wordery, and it was exactly what I expected. However, it took over a fortnight to get from Gloucestershire to neighbouring Somerset. Admittedly it was nearing Christmas and at a time of postal strikes, but the delay was unacceptable.”

“Shocking service. Puzzle was not sent weeks after release so I emailed. I was advised it had been sent by UPS to be collected. I had 4 days left to collect. If I had not followed up I would never have known as they did notify me. Stick to Amazon.”

“Excellent supplier -good prices, very extensive catalogue, always prompt delivery. Unfortunately-see below - there was a slight delivery delay on this occasion due to strike action by the Postal Services which meant that the book,( a beautiful book), just missed my granddaughter's birthday.”

“I ordered this book on 4th December and told it should arrive within 4 working days. That then changed to 20th December on the tracker and it is now 23rd and has still not arrived. This is a Christmas present for my daughter and I bought it well in advance for it to arrive before Christmas but I have had no further update about when it will arrive. I cannot complete this survey because it is till hasn't arrived.”
