“I still haven’t received my purchase, according to Wordery it was dispatched on 30th November it’s now Christmas Day and I’m a present short. I understand that the Royal Mail have had strike action but this can’t be just down to them as I’ve had deliveries from them from other companies.”

“Ordering was easy. However, the tracking of the parcel was not 100% accurate as the parcel was shown to have been delivered but it hadn't. This meant I had to contact Wordery because the parcel might have been lost. The parcel turned up a few days later.”
