“The service from Wordery was good but the book on iPhone SE for Seniors was poor. No index, so for those of us with non-photographic memories impossible to access.”

“I never got the book :( all other deliveries from other vendors arrived. I recommend not sending via British Post, they seem to be unable to guarantee a delivery.”

“Soooooo slow. Painfully slow. I won’t be buying books from Wordery again. It was only £1 less than on Amazon and took over a week for a U.K. delivery. Next time, I’ll spend the extra £1!!!!”

“The product was excellent but having been offered a 4-6 day delivery time the parcel was not even dispatched until 7 days after the order was placed so arrived late for the recipient's birthday. Very disappointing. (There was no delay on the dispatch to delivery time by Royal Mail)”

“IVE GIVEN THIS A ONE BECAUSE AT LEAST THE HOOVER WORKED ,BUT SOME OF THE PIPING KEPT FALLING OUT AND THE REST WERE ALL STICKING OUT AT ANGLES ,SO GAVE UP TRYING TO USE THEM AS THEY WERNT SUSKING UP ANYTHING ANYWAY.”

“When ordering a book from England there is no reason or excuse for it to take 14 days to arrive. It took a week to dispatch from a UK warehouse and then a further week to arrive! I’ve never known anything like it, I did actually email a complaint to your company at the time. If I knew this would of happened like this I would of purchased the book from somewhere else even if it costed more money!”

“The order took over two weeks to arrive. when it did, two copies of the book were sent. This was the result of difficulty in ordering online from your website. It cost me £6.50 t0 send the extra book back. I have yet to confirm that you have refunded me the price of the unwanted copy.”

“Book arrived fine, but the package was sealed with a strip of Sellotape that had come open, giving easy access to a book that was of a fairly sensitive topic. I'm not sure if this happened with Wordery or during transit but a little worrying on the privacy front!”

“After paying the extra money for next day or day after delivery, the travel book I wanted to give to a friend before he went did not arrive for three days. Very disappointed. When I complained Wordery refunded the extra money I paid, but my friend went without his present.”
