“I ordered the book on Sunday as a birthday present for the following Sunday. I thought a week should be OK but it didn't arrive until the following Monday - too late! Another item ordered from eBay at the same time came the following day. No indication who'd be delivering it or when it would turn up. They didn't even get round to dispatching it for 4 days. I won't bother with Wordery again, next time I'll opt for quick service from Amazon.”

“It was not shown that the book is not a translation but in Ancient Greek instead! I shall return it for refund”

“I have always so pleased with my wordery purchases. The latest book sent was more than the cover price, so not happy. Received explanation which was not really acceptable. However, my fault for not checking final costings. Normally would have scored good or very good.”

“Only give 2 as the cover of the book was torn I suspect this was a fault with Royal Mail and how the package was handled but dissatisfied just the same as this was a gift”

“Ordered 2 items and forgot to change my shipping address for 1, so contacted wordery to ask for the same delivery address. Got a reply saying no problem we've amended your delivery. Didn't happen, I got the 2 items a week apart to different addresses.”

“The experience was spoilt by the poor delivery. It took 2weeks to get the item.parcelforce were terrible but that's wordery's delivery strategy. Wordey can't influence this once they have processes”

“Hello Wordery. Normally happy with you, but this did not go well. Received confirmation of order 19 Sep ‘Great news your order is on its way’. Five days later, received order cancellation, reason ‘run out of stock’. Did receive refund, but disappointed, particularly as I was led to believe book was on its way.”

“Delayed delivery, due to delayed publication but wasn’t informed. When book eventually arrived, there was plastic from the binding I presume stuck to some of the pages, which my dad (whose birthday this was for) very carefully peeled off and said it was ok and not to bother returning it. I was disappointed as my dad collects these books.”

“my order wasn't dipatched as quickly as i would have liked. the worse part was Parcel force delivery which wordery used to deliver. The parcel was with Parcelforce for 8 days without coming to the address.”

“I think you are a good company! But feel on my last purchase you let yourself down by not explaining the paid for delivery in a proper manner! As Royal Mail do deliver on a Saturday!”
