“Turned up late. Not in an envelope even. Just dumped through the door, unwrapped. Not great, as it was a gift. Complained. Never heard back at all.”

“I ordered a book well in advance as it was for a little girls birthday present. I had to email the Wordery to find out where it was as the book hadn't been dispatched after a week. This seemed to do the trick as it was "dispatched " as soon as the email was read, only for it to take well over a week for it to arrive. It took 2 weeks and I missed the birthday deadline only to open the book and find that the front cover was ripped.”

“The delivery time quoted on the web site when I placed the order was 2 to 4 days. it actually took 8 days. The book was fine but i could have got it quicker ordering it elsewhere.”

“I hate giving anyone a low score but I just think your postage needs to improve hugely. the ordering process is excellent. The packaging and the quality of the book is excellent but I sense you need to improve the delivery times. I have no wish to order from Amazon so please please improve the delivery time.”
