“There is no mention of how to receive the card (s) or way of having a receipt for the courses taken. Simplifying these actions should help out in the future.”

Hey Mark, You should receive an automatic email with your receipt attached as soon as you purchase the courses online. For the cards, you can either purchase a plastic card through the "Buy Certificates" tab on your account, or download a copy of the certificate as soon as you have finished the course and passed the exam from your profile on the website.
