“The information presented was clear and easy to follow. Loved the chapter reviews. There were some slides and questions on WHIMS 1988 that were not relevant anymore....Possibly, inclusion as awareness information only.”

Hey Melissa, You are correct in that a little WHMIS 1988 material has been included in the training to provide awareness information to trainees. We are aware of the reality that people will sometimes still encounter WHMIS 1988 content in their workplace even though it is supposed to be completely phased out, and as a result have left a little information on it in the training program. “I'd like to remain anonymous, please Videos are clear, concise, and organized well. Practice quizzes are at the end of each chapter. Only issue was that some of the questions are phrased funny so you aren't 100% sure what they are asking but other than that, quite good.”

“no issues at all with the course, problem was in purchasing, system doubled up on the order and I had input employee's name for certificate which ended up being in my name. Excellent customer service when I phoned in, they adjusted the payment/invoice and changed the name over to the employee's. Will definitely use this service again.”
