“Old certificates should be removed when a new exam is completed and passed automatically....or make the check box clearer at the beginning as i missed this step and had to write the exam twice!!”

“I ship bio.igical human specimens on dry ice. A lot of the material does not apply to me. I do not have a workbook to refer to so the test is not very easy for me. Now I'll have to review the course again and re do the test. I find the course very time consuming for my needs.”

“Overall, the service was Good. When I tried to contact Worksite Safety, on two occasions, using the toll-free number I was left on hold forever. No one ever picked up which I feel is poor customer service. The response was very good when I emailed and very thorough. Once I paid for the courses, I had to request instructions on next steps and felt that the information should have been automatically sent to me upon signing up so I knew what to do. Also, if I'm purchasing more than one course the response should be designed to talk to "How to train a group" and "How to complete the tests for a group". Just some thoughts, otherwise good program.”

“Good course give you the basics to go out there and refresh us oldies that been at it for a while govt should help whit the fee in my opinion other than that you will learn some valuable info there cheers”
