The building is in a great location with access to everything. The staff is very courteous and quick to respond to any requests. I have absolutely no complaints.

The executive staff at this location is excellent... they very professional and consistently go out of their way to ensure that the tenant needs are completely satisfied.

Worksuites, Legacy in Plano is great place to office out of. They make it a fun environment to work in. Community work areas are always kept clean and you can always expect a treat in the break room:)

I have two offices in Sugar Land. The floor plan is great but the staff is even better. Jan makes it an amazing place to conduct business

We're in the Preston Hollow-Dallas location. Susan is the BEST! She keeps everything running. She makes us and our clients feel welcomed! We wouldn't want to do without her. Bonus, she never lets the coffee run out!

I have an office at the Houston Galleria location and nothing but EXCELLENT impressions about the professionalism exhibited by the staff. Along with their attention to detail , the efficient handling of requests, both small and large allows me to easily say , I would recommend WORKSUITES.

Bernie How do how post this for Sara Thax Thank you for the fantastic job you have been doing with USHealth1 Your amazing work and dedication has really helped us out during an initial startup which is usually a difficult time in any company. I personally just wanted to make sure you know how much you are valued and appreciated at our corporate office as well as our satellite offices particularly the Orlando branch We know that this is your first employment with WorkSuite and but your experience seems vastly different. You calm those that are worried about declining revenues jobs, low or no capital and many people are having to cover additional duties that are not part of their job descriptions. You also go from there to kitchen duties and typical maintenance Not only do you complete excellent quality work yourself but I have seen you help your coworkers as well. You come in early stay late and even use your lunch break to help pitch in and get things done. Furthermore you do this all with a fantastic attitude and willing disposition. I have used the 555 Republic location for over 3 years. The staff is always helpful ,courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. The price is excellent and the office suites are professional.

Destiny and Haley are tremendous workers on how their professionalism and attentiveness with making sure our company employees feels welcomed. Destiny's presents when I come in the building with a smile gives off a feeling of a great work environment which helps with the moral of everyone.

I have the entire Texas market for VARIDESK and this amazing company allows me to pop in to meet with client fans at all of their locations! I love the place but, unless you have a new one, your copier is not of professional quality for attorneys to make multiple high-quality copies for clients so I could not encourage other attorneys to use your services.

Thank you for your feedback. I looked into the copiers at your location and found out they are high volume, color copy capable printers. We have these at all of our locations and have many attorneys using them. I contacted the billing department by phone for the 3rd time in two weeks on Sept 30 to cancel my service. I was unable to reach them so I emailed Chelsie Robinson, community manager. On 10/2, she returned my email stating the termination request would be sent over to the termination notices department. On 10/7, I received an email from client relations manager, Karlee Dial. She was supposed to send me the buyout option as I was in middle of a 12 month term. As of 10/22: -3 unreturned voicemails -1 return email -0 buyout option Poor customer service! Stay away from companies (Worksuites) that answer the phone to collect money but avoid customers otherwise. Update 11-13-19 Tosha Bontrager resolved the issue. She listened to my concerns and took action. Thanks

When my associates and I had the need for office space near the airport, WORKSUITES' Noel Road location at the Galleria was perfect. The woman who greeted us and got the process started was named Lisa. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our entire experience was seamless. Highly recommend. -Denise T.

The space is really nice and no specific complaints there. However some issues with the services: 1 - The invoice I receive is wrong every month 2 - The printer is regularly not working (no paper available, no ink, printer not working) which cause the have copies being charged without getting any actual copies. 3 - I have been asking for several weeks on how to make a change in the office and no feedback whatsoever. 4 - The portal is regularly not working (to print, to book conference rooms) 5 - The Telepresence room cannot be booked using the portal which would be much easier.

Would you please email me at workisgood@worksuites.com or call me at 214-800-2306 so I can take care of you? 1- I would like to discuss so we can fix the issues once and for all. 2- I would like to issue you a credit for copies and give you a few extra free copies for your trouble. 3- I can take care fo this for you asap! 4- We just moved to a new portal a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully, you received the invite. We are hopeful the new portal will not have issues like the last one did. 5- I just checked the portal and you are able to book the telepresence room. This might be a new portal feature but its there now. I look forward to hearing from you!

When there are events at the building we get emails the same day with an invite. It would be nice if we got more notice. Not everyone has an office in the building and we may have other plans.

Thank you for your feedback. We post flyers around the center when we have an event coming up and send emails a few weeks before the event. We also send a reminder email the day before. Can you please make sure the receptionist has your correct contact info so you can enjoy the events we provide? We would love to see you there!
