Ordered 2x same size (14/16 ) one was 3 inches smaller than the other although both labels were the same. Pity because the price was right!

Ordered 2 items, 1 too big so tried to return and replace with a smaller one. Person replying to me in customer services was greatly unhelpful and plainly going against the customer, implying the trousers were damaged (where I took them out of the bag, tried on then packaged and sent back). Also implying that they cannot and will not accept the return since it does not have the original packaging. I have located the original packaging, which was delivered to me torn and informed the customer service person that I found it, which they used as an argument AGAINST accepting the return, stating I have found it after submitting my return already. If you are an individual customer do not bother buying, obviously they only care if you drop big money in the store.

Expensive, embroided logo looks very different to the printed one and took ages to arrive. I have since reordered everything from a local shop at a huge expense which took 2 days, is much better quality and the logos look identical.

Bad experience on first time purchase. Customer service was poor. Ordered t shirts and selected embroidery. Part of it was missed and then was told it was my fault. Eventually recieved refund after chasing. T shirt quality was good.

Sorry expected better quality material and the printing was not particularly good, it was some what flat? And uninspiring so we will use the tops for summer and find another supplier in the winter

Really painful & slow experience, took 4 attempts to get them to use the same logos on all garments and when delivered logo on front of hi-vis not the back as requested. Poor grasp of English.. avoid

I ordered a cap. Description stated ‘one size fits all’ assuming that it would. Needed a much larger cap. Clearly not adult size. Waste of my money. Size guide would help

the tshirts I purchased were made of very thin cotton and short in the body. Not impressed at all.

While the customer service is excellent; the hoodie I bought was extremely overpriced. I bought one hoodie (fruit of the loom) and it cost £35. The fabric is so thin that you can hold it up to the light and see daylight. Very disappointed and won't be buying again.

Despite checking in advance of our order about graphics requirements and delivery times our order took over two weeks to arrive. Had we not queried the delay the order would have arrived after the final date we had specified we needed it for a show we were attending. During repeated calls we were given different reasons for the delay. This all added unecessary stress to our show preparations.

We have previously ordered workwear from Workwear Express and have had excellent service and products however on the last shipment it was awful, poor embroidery, our logo was too small and when I rang I wasn't offered any help to correct my issues.

Order has been a disgrace from start. Deliveries late, garment logo positioned wonky and had to be remade. Remade order and 1 item still wonky so remade again. Initial order on 12 Oct included hi-vis tops and despite two delayed dates just recited an email saying supplier stock issue. Now going to ask for a refund. Not good at all and will not use for future orders.

Good products but the products aren’t your own... your product of embroidering is good but I’ve had multiple issues with wrong sizes, forgotten emails and delays / mishaps with postage.

After only a week the stitching on the seam above the right front pocket gave way leaving a gaping hole!

The logo on the pull over is to high on the back so it’s partially obscured by the hoodie. Only realised when a customer pointed it out to me, a bit embarrassing really. Then the size also appears to be much smaller than the proof that was send for approval. Some of the shirts the red splotches haven’t washed out and some of the print have come off. Quality of the clothing is good, to bad about the rest
