Firstly I would like to say the quality of my actual order was outstanding although the effort in actually receiving it was surprisingly bad given other reviews, I may just have been unlucky and I can appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. When I received my order it was muddled, the two garments had the other 5 garments logo and vice versa. I contacted Workwear Express and they corrected my order, or tried too. I then received another companies order and had to then resent their order to them. I was ensured I would get my replacement garments but this still has not happened. I contacted Workwear Express yesterday and they could not understand how I received another companies order, this is not my problem. I am waiting to see if I will actually receive what I originally ordered, who knows..

Misleading information on the website to suggest 'Express' delivery, but didn't discover until order stage that the order wouldn't be dispatched until at least 8 days following the order. Courier (DPD) advised on delivery date but as nothing arrived, I contacted to speak to an advisor who was rude and couldn't give me any other advice other than 'it probably went out today'. Pretty much hung up on me. Have had much, much better service from competitors who I will be returning to.

Pleased with the process of ordering and the review. However, after wearing the item twice the letters and design started to peel off. I put this down to a bad batch and being unlucky. It took over 4 weeks for my new one to arrive after I complained. And yet again, I wore my new jacket twice and the design has started to peel off. Really poor quality and I'm very disappointed.

I have ordered lots of things with the usually very good Workwear Express over the years but it was my recent purchase experience that has caused this low rating. I ordered £120 of high vis clothing over two weeks ago and the order has yet to turn up. I was left waiting for 15 minutes on the customer service line only to eventually give up, and my email marked Urgent took over 24 hours to get a respond. They said they would send the order out the next day and I got an email from DPD confirming the next day delivery but for a second time, nothing arrived. I've only now been able to speak to a staff member after I called for sales and got transferred. I know the problem is DPD and when I finally got to speak to someone at Workwear Express they were professional and helpful, but the order was for a theatre show and the delay has had a significant impact on the production and my time and as a result I am very unhappy with DPD and the access to customer service Workwear Express has provided. I should not have to contact you three times in order to recieve my kit.

My order Ref: SO592621. I ordered fleeces, t-shirts and body warmers for my staff. The order was answered, but it was wrong. I ordered Planet Aid UK written on the back of the green men's body warmer, but when I finally got it all, after many e-mails back and forth, the men's body warmers did NOT have anything written on the back. I had to get a local company to do it as I did not trust you would do it correct. I then asked for a discount in the beginning of March, but never got an answer from you. I am still waiting for an answer. I will NOT recommend you company

we place a order near enough every month, our last order came and had marks all on the shirts, I was informed that they will re order and they will be sent straight out, after 8 days of waiting I phoned to chase up and I was advised they hadn't been ordered so now have to wait another 3-5 working days. This is not acceptable!

I bought 3 x Gidans long sleeve GD048 polo shirts in navy All worn once for work washed in a wool wash and allowed to drier over an airer (not tumble dried) All shrunk and now unwearable for work Paul Barrett P0174978 /19.02.18

We want to purchase approx. 200 3-in-1 jackets from you. Originally we had reasonably good service from you when ordering two sample jackets so that we could choose which one we wanted. Our payment policy is that we pay after receipt of goods, yours is that you supply after payment of invoice. The option was to open a trade account. We completed the form, sent it off to sales as per the email address on your website, heard nothing. I then contacted you by phone asking where we were with it, only to find out it should have gone to accounts. It was not forwarded by you accounts team, no-one informed me that it should have gone elsewhere I now hear that our trade account has been turned down We will need to find an alternate supplier

Website was misleading about delivery times, delivered order was missing an item and stitching on two items was of bad quality because someone made a mistake in using the correct colour, then stitched over the top with the right colour.

Been using Workwear Express for well over a year, 4 or 5 orders. Been pretty happy with the embroidery, a few applications not straight but not too noticeable when worn. Ordering online is easy enough. Almost every order something has been out of stock or not available to order in for weeks if not months. I have therefore asked for a refund against those items. Each time I have had to chase the refund, which shortly comes after chasing. This time I am a month in from my order and pre-payment and no one will even reply to my emails. I have raised the outstanding £72 refund with PayPal. Workwear Express have added a comment saying its been issued. Well, it hasn't.

I was was very happy with the final result but the sweatshirt became so expensive (£46.30) once the logo was added that i couldn’t justify ordering any more for my business or clients! What a shame.

I received emails from many people some asking me the same questions, even after I had already replied to another. Refund of difference in cost was to be refunded I'm still waiting. Very confusing system.

I ordered multiply items, in multiple colours, embroidered with our Company Logo on. The items received but who puts navy blue text on a navy blue shirt - unable to read logo - previous orders they have changed the text colour!!!! I have contacted them to get this sorted, but no joy yet!!!! I also hgave plain polo shirts i wish to return, but 10 days later still waiting for a returns label........

After placing my order online and taking my money, I waited ages and no one contacted me. I had to phone to find out where it was to find out my order was out of stock.no one said. And when I gave another option. No one replied so I called and once again it was out of stock and no one told me that either. Matthew was the lads name and was not helpful at all. To be fair. He wasn’t really interested. I will probably be going elsewhere from now on.

I have ordered custom company embroidered garments a few times from this company & each time the communication & service overall was poor, the most recent order was incorrect & their fault so I clearly asked for a refund but was sent replacement items instead!! Their embroidery work & prices are average, but overall not a professional company/team with poor customer service.

The initial artwork was incorrect - it took about 5 emails to workwear express to get the artwork corrected. Then it was printed incorrectly. However it was quickly resolved on the phone and the correct items printed and delivered and the incorrect items collected

You sent me unbranded lap top bags instead of picking up the phone and chatting through what solutions you had. This caused me to give out plain bags as a Christmas gift to our staff. I then had to package the bags up and resend them to you. A complete waste of my time. Your sales rep Ashley has been excellent but she has been let down by poor delivery
