To be honest, I have found the process of ordering personalised wear for my newly set-up enterprise painful: a seeming lack of communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings and to me having to pass on information directly, repeatedly. Secondly, when the first products arrived, the logo colour was considerably different from that of the logo I'd supplied and from the image I was sent to ok. In addition, although I like the design of the baseball shirts I've ordered, the quality of cut of the material for the body part of the item is poor, cut on the bias rather than straight....looks cheap. The sizing is also odd: I ordered 1 x medium and 1 x large - both are more like medium! I am undecided as to whether I'll be using your services again.

I was pleased until 1 of the 4 polo shirts I bought 6 weeks ago developed a freyed hole at the side seem. Expect things to last longer than 6 weeks!!

The first order was fine but the second order was not delivered at all despite being promised it would be done. This was for a charity sponsored walk and meant me rushing around the day before the walk (Saturday) to find someone to do it. Very unhappy.

Purchased six times t shirts for workers, after they were washed for the first time the print came off the back of the shirts. Very disappointed.

Bought two pairs 3xl shorts from you, shorts fine pockets(front diagonal and diagonal zip) for hands are too small. A 3 xl is a big guy generally not with small hands you need to enlarge them. used them as it was so hot i didn't have an alternative. All other work pants i've had from you have been fine. I ordered orange bomber jacket x3 and vest x3 with Workwear for the first time. I paid and ordered online to ensure our Company logo added new clothing. The PPE arrived week later by couerir service. Having checked the goods Wearkwear completely missed out logo. I wonder does anyone check before posting? I returned requesting logo to be added on PPE causing delay. I won’t be using Wearkwear again.

I was left rather disappointed by my latest order - the work polo shirts which I get, which are great, you have stopped doing embroidered logos on, for what reason I do not know. I have shirts that get worn daily and the embroidery remains excellent so why you stopped doing it is beyond me. Now you only do those shirts with a printed logo on, which I tried - the print quality is terrible, and after only one wash is coming off. As such you have left me with no choice but to source a new supplier.

Having received an incorrectly produced order and returned it the same day, a week later I had not heard a word re a replacement order. Emailed my concerns. Received a phone reply today where young man was put in the loop. He was going, immediately he put the phone down, to see about getting my order processed and to me by Monday when Flowers Band, currently ranked 13th in the world, are expecting to receive them. 3 hours later I have not heard from him despite a promise to let me know how he got on. I appreciate the waiting for a particular size of shirt but was not happy that there had not been any contact from yourselves. I have had to suggest I receive all barr 1 in order to hopefully have them on time. We have major brass band competitions in Symphony Hall, Birmingham ,Royal Albert Hall, and the Sage Gateshead and wished to have new smart casual polos celebrating our 50 years.

Ease of ordering was simple and ordered in time for next day delivery for Thursday. Item didn't arrive and had to chase up the order. Customer services were not entirely helpful and passed the blame to the courier service they use. Item finally arrived Monday afternoon which was very disappointing as the reason for ordering via Workwear Express was the next day delivery service - not quite express!

If you are a new customer they move heaven and earth for you. But once they have you under their spell by Christ they do the complete opposite. The first order I placed was very good and so I placed a 2nd order but this time just for some tester garments. I returned these but a simple refund took 2 weeks from the time they had the goods back (uniform size tester) at their depot. I did place a 3rd order and when it arrived the standard of the embroidery was nothing short of embarrassing, the writing was not straight and the standard of the embroidery work was shocking. The order was sent back. After a week of them receiving the items, I felt I had to telephone them to find out whats happening as I (the customer) was not being informed etc. When I telephoned and complained as to whats happening with my order that I returned. I was pushed to this person and then that department and this went on for a further 2 weeks. In the end, I had had enough of and cancelled my order. I had to wait 4 days for my money to be paid back into my account. (The free delivery system they use takes about a week to get back to the depot). A real shame that a number of people working for this company do not know how to deal with problems. They rather fob you off or/and keep you waiting.

My order was not handled in a speedy and efficient manner. I had to phone after a week and was told there had been an over-sight. However following my call the products arrived quickly. It was not a good experience.

Whilst your team were very helpful I have to say that the tee shirts were the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Terrible fittings and shrink. We won’t be using you going forward

Despite being helpful at the start with arranging my bespoke order, it arrived with half the printing missing. I had to send the order back and then faced a week of confusion where none of the staff seemed to know where my order was. Regularly had to chase for an update rather than being provided with one by the company. Even on the day my items were posted back they couldn't tell me if they had even been printed yet! By this point we had missed the event that they had specifically been ordered for, which was very disappointing and a waste of the product in the first place.

I ordered a sample shirt with a transfer of our logo (I was advised to do this as a screen print proof required a minimum order of 20 units). We were happy with the proof and ordered 57 shirts to be screen printed. The shirts arrived and the logo on the back was 10cm lower than the proof - the logo appeared to be in the middle of the back rather than the top. I sent all the shirts back for them to be re-printed only to be advised that the production team deemed the quality to be fine and stated the shirts should be sent back to us. After numerous phone calls and emails it was agreed that we would accept the shirts back at a reduced rate. Ideally, I would have received a full refund and started the process again, however, deadlines didn't allow for this. The lady I spoke to on the phone stated that I should have been made aware upon placing my order that the screen print wouldn't be in the same location and I was not advised of this at any point. Therefore, through no fault of my own, I have had no option other than to pay £1100 for shirts that are sub-par so that we can meet our launch deadline. I'm really disappointed as we have spent a lot of money on your products for our re-brand launch and the quality of the other items has been great. For continuity we would have liked to use Workwear Ex. for our upcoming promotional prints however I imagine that due to this error, that will be highly unlikely.

The service seemed to be ok but the sizes of the t-shirts whilst they said were all the same size where clearly all different lengths. Can't really fault the company but at the end of the day they supplied the t-shirts so maybe they should consider not stocking them anymore.

I was disappointed after receiving my order incorrectly to have to fight to get a replacement even having to provide photos to show errors on a very small value item. The quality of the products is exceptional but the customer service along with the website functionality leave a lot to be desired. I genuinely feel disappointed overall which is a shame as previous orders had gone brilliantly.

Initially they were very efficient and helpful with accommodating a bespoke design. However the items arrived with only half the printing on. As a result it's been a lot of hassle on my part rearranging delivery and chasing up with the order, as no information has been provided from Workwear Express. Appears only a few/no notes have been left on my account after each call, as I have had to explain the situation several times to the customer service staff I've spoken to. Very disappointing compared to the good service received last time and I can't even speak for the quality of the final product as it hasn't arrived yet!
