Ordered, about a week later I got my order through. The wrong t shirts were sent, I contacted Workwear Express to let them know. They said they would send the correct ones through. 10 days later, no show. The print quality of the t shirts was quite poor. Colour variation between prints on the same colour t shirts and fuzzy outlines. Sizing varies wildly between products. I ordered a fleece and a hoodie both in size L. Jumper fits perfectly zip through hoodie comes in about 4" bigger. Embroidered products are acceptable quality but not high quality.

Firstly. "Chart with us" Loose your details as soon as you click "send another". In essence you do to not click on anything until you wait for someone to answer. Secondly. When you received answer - be careful, stay on line, do not touch anything! on PC as your conversation with all details provided is gone! And you asked to start another conversation from 0. perfect done it 3 times - traps everywhere. Thirdly. Lost connection with Pay Pal during the transaction. Despite the transaction code by Pay Pal provided I received an email - your order was not accomplished. :-) How could this service have 71% positive reviews? By my experience it should be 30% positive.

Staff were wonderfully helpful, however, the uniform wasn't good quality. It was very thin and basically see through!

Hello, I have looked into your order and I can see the items on your order. They are some great garment choices but we do offer other garments that are thicker and heavier in weight and might be closer to what you were aiming for with this order. I asked for my company name on the left hand side of the shirts and my name on the right . And Evan got an e mail telling me will be done but take longer and still only had company name on shirts and not mine as well but I will say the job done is fantastic and the shirts themselves are grate

Order was placed nearly two weeks ago for two shirts to be printed with my company logo. I confirmed the artwork and received an email to inform me that my t-shirts would be sent within 4 working days subject to stock availability. Over a week passed and I then receive a call to say the t-shirts I ordered in Navy blue and provided by the supplier are actually more black than navy blue. I presumed they had already been printed! I don’t understand what is going on!

I ordered trousers with an embroidered logo. The colour supplied wasn’t what I asked for so were no use to me. To be fair, they did rectify their mistake and send me a replacement.

No order confirmation but money came out. Delivery day passed, but nothing arrived, so then called up to cancel, no record of order, was told they'd call me back. Never did, so I called again and finally got it cancelled.

all the boxes were torn and open and that did NOT happen in transit, as the outer packaging was intact and not damaged

Ordered some ladies t shits for the leaders of a children’s holiday club, the medium and large shirts were the same size, Sharon at head office was most helpful and sent some more size large which unfortunately were the same as the others, as the holiday club is next week I feel it is too late to reorganise. My order number was 244135 (in future I will order extra large instead of large) The quality of the garments is good and I will use your company again

Trying to understand the proof details was very confusing and when asked for a large embroidery on the six items order, was charged but goods arrived with small embroidery. After several frustrating emails, I was give the email address of a manager and she did manage to sort the problem out albeit I had to send the items back for replacements. So now I do not have any items at the moment.

This was my first order,i was very disappointing to find the contents were not what i ordered.My order was for Orange high viz but i received yellow i hope this will be sorted out quickly.

Despatch date of my order was overlooked and has still not arrived. I was told by email that I would receive my order Thursday 18th July or Friday 19th July! To then be told it wasnt going to be despatched until a week later!

The style is nice but oh boy is it uncomfortable. Its 100% Polyester (my own fault for not checking) I had it on for 2 hours and was sweating like id done 2 hours at the gym. I had to cut holes in the underarms so that my armpits could at least breath. I have had to order a cotton mix one elsewhere- theres no way I could wear this all day. Its itchy and puts your deodorant to the test. Very uncomfortable when you're massaging all day. Wish I hadn't of bought it.

Issue with delivery, selected 24 hour turnaround and was told I hadn't and that it would take 4 days so they arrived after the event they were needed for. When they did arrive the t shirts were of poor quality, can see through them!

Sales staff very helpful, order process and customisation very good but unfortunately spoiled by the packaging (lack of!) - the complete batch appear to have been stuffed into the bag resulting in the shirts looking like rags and all requiring tlc before distributing to the recipients. (The previously received sample had been fine).
