One of the items ordered was embroidered incorrectly and I found the returns and correction process poor and not workable. I had used them a few times up to this problem and feel that you get to know a company on the way they deal with problems and I will not be using them again....

The printed logo's were not straight, when I complained it was dealt with quite slowly, the replacement items also arrived after the date promised. I have washed the items that I purchased all together as they are all black and the logo's have discoloured. I haven't complained again as I'll just buy new ones from another company.

We have ordered from Workwear previously with no problems, so this was our second purchase as we liked the products. This time we were buying merchandise to give to clients at an open day we were holding on the 9th December. Firstly, we never received an email regarding the artwork, so our order was delayed. Then, when we did sort the artwork out, it almost went through as print instead of embroidery. Again, this caused a delay. After conversations back and forth, the workwear was approved and due to be delivered on 8th December, which was already later than anticipated as per your lead times. When it didn't arrive, we spoke to someone in customer services who assured us it would be delivered on Saturday, in time for our open day. However, nothing arrived until 12th December, as it was still being embroidered on the 9th so wouldn't have been ready for dispatch anyway. So not only was it delivered later than promised, we were made promises that couldn't be kept and ended up without the items we had promised our customers, which was an embarrassment to the company. That being said, we haven't had problems before and the products have been a very good quality both times, so we would consider ordering again. Hopefully with better service!

In November 2017 we have ordered samples of Orange polo's with our logo (embroidered). The samples supplied were not up to scratch as the logo was crooked. I have contacted Workware Express and requested a new sample. Then a new polo was sent to us but the problem was replicated. I have asked for feedback. Investigation was carried out twice but no one could tell me what happened for sure. Weeks gone by and I heard nothing back. In the end I had cancelled my order and asked for refund. It is a shame because since then another company secured the order which was 200 orange polo's annually.

Website is broken - ordered custom workwear and to be contacted for a design. Order went through as previous design so was never contacted. I waited to be contacted beyond the 48(?) hour grace period so could not change the order when I realised the mishap. Once the mistake was realised I contacted customer services who could/would not do anything. Even though the invoice stated I had paid for a new design.

I was given a despatch date of 5th Dec and the goods were not then despatched until 15th Dec. I have also paid more for this order than the invoice that was sent due to a discount being applied at my request after payment - no refund yet & I have called twice. On the previous order the transfer logos printed on the back of the shirts were poor quality.

The artwork was great most of the garments were too but the customer service is appalling.Our polo shirts started to go a nasty colour on the ribbing (collar & cuffs) after only about 20 - 25 wears. I returned them and was told we had had them too long.

I had previously loaded a logo to be embroidered on my last order, due to text the embroidered logo had to be quite large. So I ordered it anyway. When it cam e to a new purchase, I had spoken to my designer and paid for a revised logo so it could be smaller when embroidered. I uploaded this for a new order. You then contacted me to say the logo would be large. It took 7 phone calls, 4 emails to confirm you were using the new design, as you kept telling me the logo would be large - I kept asking 'Are you using the new uploaded logo' each time you said yes. Eventually the order came and you had used the wrong logo - the old one. There is even an internal email you copied me in on where one of your staff tried to tell you this, but still the wrong stuff came. I just couldn't be bothered raising this with you after the purchase. Maybe listen to your customers???

1) we place an order for 4 polos, they delivered 3 with one to follow but charged for 4, then delivered the fourth and charged us again. 2) Red paint on the inside of his-vis and one helmet missing.

Tried to order 2 tshirts to be printed as samples before we start making very large orders. I had to contact customer services several times as they said I hadn't approved the artwork which went on for over 2 weeks. I twice emailed them with the emails I had sent, and they agreed by email to follow up. Then the next time I contacted them to chase again they didn't recall replying to my emails and couldn't find a record of me contacting them. So I cancelled that order. I then tried to order just plain samples but they were held up twice due to a garment colour being out of stock. I had to ring customer services 2-3 times to say that the colour didn't matter and to push the order through. I have decided not to use workwear again due to these issues and our business has gone elsewhere

I selected your company based on the published turn around times. It was a small order for two staff members that had to travel at short notice. The delivery time ended up taking significantly longer than I was anticipated based on the information I could gather from your website. The order was placed on the 13.09.17, my staff were travelling on the 22.09.17. I knew there would be a requirement to develop the artwork, but I assumed incorrectly that the whole process would have been completed sooner. The order was delivered on the 26.09.17.

Order was lost for 2 months and took several attempts to complete. Great product but I travel and have limited opportunity to deal with things if they go wrong. Had only great previous dealings with wwe.

Dear Andrew, I would, or will leave feedback when my problem is solved but I am unhappy with one or two things with our order. I have let Dan in sales now but I am getting no reply which is very annoying. Perhaps you will have a word with him, he knows the full story. Artwork proof was good, embroidery on garments sent was poor, characters were not aligned, text was twisted. I made contact with web@WWE and explained my concern. I was offered a collection. Collected 20th Sept. I contacted on 26th Sept to find out if the garments had been received, and received a return note almost by return. 29th Sept a credit note was sent. No explanation. No discussion. I still don't know if you agree that the embroidery was faulty. I had to email again to see what would happen next and I was offered a replacement or refund. It took from 13th Sept to the 11th Oct to get the refund. I won't be buying from Workwear express again.

Just sad that in this our first and probably last purchase of branded clothing for our farm the sizing was so odd. The gilets are all too large and just don’t fit properly despite getting the right size for normal clothing

Although the finished product was great (barring one loose thread loop in the embroidery), the customer service and communication was absolutely appalling. I had to chase constantly over the space of two weeks to find out what status my order was at, whether the artwork had been proofed, when I could expect my order. The online tracking didn't work (blank page) and the order status never updated. The only emails I got were my initial order receipt, artwork proofs (once I'd chased multiple times), and an email from the courier on the morning of delivery.

Initially I was quite happy with the service I received a seemingly quick response, however on receipt of the item, I found that the size was too big and arranged a return thro a very helpful young lady - I returned the item via Collect+ - the next thing I was aware of was a refund AND NOT the next size down as requested - not a good advert for the companies competence of dealing with a single item order - I would hate to think I had a large order with your company yours sincerely Mike Lightowler Mob 07502 618064

Poor delivery. Said item was in stock but was actually being provided from a third party. Took a week for delivery. When I did actually receive the items two had stains and had to be returned. Not very impressed.
