well first pair of work boots fell to bits within a week , second pair i havent even received after 14 days , although been promised them after 4

The day after I received the item and I tried it on, I realised that I should ve bought a size smaller. I emailed the sales team with the query and got no reply, not even an acknowledgement. Highly disappointed with the unprofessional approach towards a customer 's query.

What went wrong, more like what went right. But must say eventually I received my order all be after several phone calls and emails. I can also add the Customer services person I was dealing with was extremely professional and understanding. However there does seem to be miss understanding lack of communication between your departments. My original order was apparently lost !! So a replacement order was sent which was not equal to my original order. Once I received my order , all be it in parts, the quality of the goods and the embroidery was of a high standard. Considering this was ordered for a charity event and was not then received until after the event it was extremely disappointing, I will now hold another event just to get use.

The delivery of our tee-shirts for a charity event was late and did not arrive in time for our event. After chasing this up they did arrive but the sizes of the tee-shirts are very much on the small side and in some cases there are inches of difference between tee-shirts supposedly of the same size. This has been a waste of our charity funds.

Your website is not the easiest to navigate and did present me with some difficulties. After ordering I went to checkout but was unable to validate my order. It moved to pay and sent me to paypal but would not confirm my order. So I phoned you and the reply I got astounded me it was very quick and to the point and I was informed the problem is my end not yours and to call back if there was anything else... and the line went dead... I got on to you chat line and the person I was chatting to was unable to offer any assistance other than "I can't find your order." after half an hour. I went through the whole process of ordering again and my original order re-appeared in checkout. I used this order and again attempted to pay and again was thrown out. I repeated the whole episode of signing in and making the order and as expected it re-appeared in checkout however this time I did not use the guest facility offered by paypal I actually signed into paypal and my order was accepted. The total time spent on your website was well over an hour and I had two conversations with two of your staff. I received an e-mail from DPD to say they had not received my order as planned so after four days I contact you and ask where my order is. Two days later I am informed that it was stuck in despatch and was personally sent out by post. I am waiting for my order to arrive so more news later. This is not to criticise you but the efforts afforded by yourselves could be much improved in all areas. Bruce Clifton

Order overdue by a week to this point, recommitted to deliver yesterday, now saying three days time. Only found out by chasing up and couldn't get a straight answer. Very poor.

Made an order because it said dispatch date was the 24th of last month and needed the products for a promotion that weekend ..didnt recieve was 2 wks late ..was allocated discount for next order but didn't receive that either .

Lost my order, took ages to re-order it, back and fro with emails, lot of time wasted. Consider delivery charges very high, nearly £6 incl. VAT, over half the price of the item ordered.

On this occasion we had several problems. There was an issue with emails, after not hearing anything for a week after confirming my order, I was told I hadn't confirmed when I had - was then told that '....' had been having email problems, later found the missing email. There was a big issue of communication between departments - I had approved the artwork, paid and received an email telling me that my order would now go into production and giving me an expected delivery date (I had already informed that I needed order by a specific date and was told this would not be a problem); however the expected delivery date passed and nothing arrived. On contacting Sales I was told the order was not yet in production as I hadn't approved artwork...which I had. Then told hadn't approved embroidery (hadn't been sent this as having same as previous order!) then told shouldn't have been sent the email saying in production as print department doesn't communicate with embroidery department! not great!!! Then on order finally being dispatched & being promised the order by absolute deadline date, I had massive problems with DPD the delivery service used by Workwear Express. They said they had tried delivering when they clearly hadn't, I had specifically taken time off work to receive the order and no one had been...re-arranged on several occasions...no delivery...arranged to deliver to neighbour...no delivery... altered delivery address so could be accepted by someone else (W.E. spoke to DPD who promised a before 12.30 delivery)...but no delivery (was then told order being held at depot for some reason) Finally arrived only after my neighbour who had stayed in specifically to accept order, literally caught the driver leaving my house after totally ignoring the A6 size poster attached to my door asking to be delivered to neighbour...he claimed he hadn't seen it (serious eyesight problem!!!!) I asked Workwear Express to look into the issues with DPD, I have not received any courtesy call explaining what the problem was - some correspondence would be appreciated. Sadly would definitely think twice about using again if I had a deadline to work to.

Artwork wasn't able to be used because it was apparently a bitmap (why did it allow me to load it onto the site if it wasn't usable) No where on the order did it say, until it was ordered, that it would take a week. Had to pay extra £15 to get it by Monday. Second artwork (with the Jpg) was sent but from a different email address so went into junk. Had not unreasonably thought email would be from same email account and so didn't check until it was very late. Art work was fine second time round, but the T-shirts didn't match the art work and the Medium shirt that was sent out only had AOR on the front, rather than AORA. It's not like it fell off or didn't stick as whoever made the tshirt took the time to make the letters bigger. Not impressed at all. But would have said very poor if the lady on the phone hadn't been so nice.

we were meant to get these next day delivery however it took a few weeks, we rang were told that they were meant to have called us to ask if we wanted our logo on (but they didn't) i confirmed that we didn't want a logo so they said they would be sent out the next day....2 days came and went still nothing, i called back and received and apology and they would be with us on the monday.....monday came and again nothing....I rang and got told they were not in stock and had to be ordered (why this wasn't done when the order was placed 2 weeks earlier i have no idea) we eventually got them, the quality was good (its not their product anyway) but the service was rubbish. shame really. express work-wear was far from express.....

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE, ordered my item on the 20/06/17 on the understanding it was a next day delivery service, it did not even leave your premises until the 22/06/17 according to emails sent by you. I did not receive the item until the 26/06/17 and you charge nearly £5.00 for this shoddy service, how come i can order items from other company's on a free delivery service and receive that item with either 24 hours to a day or two, using the same courier service that you use ie DPD. I think at the very least you should refund my delivery charge, not a voucher to use on a later day.

The service was initially fine. My t-shirts arrived and looked great. Unfortunately after about a week of wear one of the logos started to peel off. I contacted workeesr express and sent photos as requested. After the initial conversation, where I was assured I would receive a replacement item, I have had no more replies to my emails and feel like I'm just being ignored... Very poor customer service- I would NOT recommend this service to anyone- poor quality printing and terrible customer service, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

We paid for next day delivery and rush order but we received the merch 3 days later. We were not offered a refund for lost time or an apology.

Unfortunately our order had the embroidery done in different places to what we had ordered, when we queried it we were made to feel like it was us lying about this. Eventually Workwear express agreed it was their fault & to rectify the issue, however this took over 3 weeks to then get the garments done & returned to us. We had to chase this quite a few times & needless to say the lady dealing with it was always busy & hard to get hold of.

I was not told to order sample t-shirts, your extra large would not fit a man who is medium. our order was a complete waste of money for us as the t-shirts do not fit. the medium would fit a 12 year old.

I waited 28 dayish for my personalised order. I chose a design that had previously been uploaded to have put onto 4 t-shirts. I quickly was told I couldn't get them embroidered but I could have a "something" transfer. I don't know a thing about transfers so asked some simple enough questions and replied promptly so as not to have an order held up. Getting answers was like getting blood out of stone. The member of staff dealing with me never fully read my emails so I didn't get the responses I needed to make a decision, thus delaying my order. When finally I agreed to proceed I was told the artwork dept. would be in touch. That too, took forever and a number of phone calls. I wasn't going to email after the last fiasco. The first 2 orders would have got 5 Stars. I was impressed hence the future orders. Not any more, I am seriously considering purchasing elsewhere.

"Navy" blue polo shirt that was ordered was virtually black and does not match the other corporate clothing i ordered. Customer services uninterested on first reply and have not answered further mail. Will have to buy elsewhere in future on principal.

Previously deliveries have been very good. In this case delivery has been late and poor. I'm told that my email went into "Katie's junk email" and this happens all the time. Hardly my fault that this has happened - is junk email not checked?
