We've purchased a few different sorts of clothing items. The logo printing is great. It's just the clothing sizes and quality. Some hoodies we bought sharnujk in the wash and no longer fit. Polo's we've just ordered look huge for their size, so we will have to see what the employee says. It's a shame Workwear express don't do the full range of snickers clothes and at a good price as that would be our preference.

I ordered 16 shirts for a group of golfers for our Spanish trip. I assumed that they would be embroidered and be of the same quality as per our previous orders. Unfortunately the shirts came back with our logo printed. I spoke with Dan who was excellent and we deduced that the website had an issue which prevented the option of embroidery or print. I returned the shirts and they were replaced with embroidered shirts. Unfortunately the embroidery seemed to have pulled the shirt material around the actual badge on a few of the shirts. Unfortunately time was against us as the trip was imminent, so we just accepted these shirts. We are a bit disappointed with the final product but it’s not the end of the world and will consider Workwear Express again for our future trips.

Quick delivery, only problem was you's sent the wrong colour t-shirt, navy sent instead of black, only for work so didn't bother too much

Slow despatch time,writing a little bigger than expected hard to see actual size on drawings sent but very good quality clothing

Only one press stud on chest pockets so when you lean forward small items fall out. Had to cut 4inches off legs, far too generous.

I got the like for like shirt from 2 years ago and I'm quite sure there is more polyester in the shirt than the label says , it feels much more cheap than the previous one !

Ordered online with help, order was delayed because of stock, recieved items but all printing items were purple instead of blue, 13 days later and waiting to revieve new ones

The turn around speed from order to delivery is very good. However I find the additional cost of adding a logo expensive compared to other companies.

Good Afternoon, With regards to the workwear items we were extremely pleased with the advice and service from the team, the workwear clothing is of good quality, however 1 thing did let it down which was the sizing, it all seems to be very wrong the Large seems like Extra Large and more, The X Large is just massive, the guys wearing it all look like they have been on a diet and lost a huge amount of weight, the sizing is just incorrect.

Unfortunately the items ordered were far to small for me I wasn’t aware that I could of ordered sample shirts before I made a decision so the shirts ordered have been binned I was hoping for a small discount if I ordered again but none was offered. So for me I’ll have to physically go and choose appropriate polos.

Order 10 embroidered caps, turned out different to the artwork proof which was annoying, was offered nothing to compensate so I decided to get more done with a new design. New caps came embroidered using the wrong colours which I was asked to return before getting replacements. was refunded for the express manufacturing I paid for and now has almost been 3 weeks since ordering. Although the general response to my order had been good its also been a bit frustrating.

Not a great first experience, I ordered tee shirts to be embroidered and paid. Phone call to say that they couldn't embroider these tee shirts as they were too thin, great quality products then? so had to upgrade, also had to pay another £53 as their system had not put all the items down that I ticked to be embroidered even though I ticked everything? (and the logo is paid separately, not obvious on the site)The upgraded tee shirts came with the wrong colour embroidery even though I had many conversations about what I wanted and emailed them. The fleeces are nice but the tees look like they won't last two minutes, in face two are already wearing through. Won't be buying again.

The quality of the uniform was outstanding but unfortunatly I'm still awaiting a refund on items I had to returen so I'm only concerned about that part of the customer service.
