I ordered a t-shirt from you and it came with the wrong logo on it. It was very easy to get in touch with you and get it re-ordered, however, there was no apology for the mistake. The new t-shirt then arrived but the logo seemed to be much worse quality than the one on the previous t-shirt - the design was quite faint and had a grey-ish tone instead of white. I've emailed your customer service in hope that a better quality print could be sent out to us so i'm currently waiting a response. Thanks

Hi, whilst the product is exactly as ordered I’ve been charged twice for it, please arrange for £51 to be returned to me ASAP, this is the 3rd email I’ve sent you regarding this. Regards Roger

Ordering process very good, however, having been told the items were in stock they weren't and therefore delivery is delayed. Not yet received.

Printing finish was poor ,it looks like a printer was running out of ink the lettering looks old and faded instead of bold and fresh.

Order and quality all went well however I ordered trucker caps which were shipped in a plastic mailing bag and so they got all beaten out of shape in the postal system ! This could have been prevented if they had used a box. I did this as a small test run of 45 - not sure I'd use them again because of this...

I ordered a white therapy tunic. The ordering process was very easy and it arrived on time. However the quality is not a good as I have had from other suppliers, the material is thinner and, it is slightly see through.

Just stating facts here, can't complain for the price. My gold text on the two white polo shirts doesn't show up very well. The gold text on the black baseball hat is scruffy which I can only presume is due to the size of the font. These are things that were not evident with the proof that I received. It's a shame that the company didn't forewarn me as I'm sure they've seen this issue before. I can say though that the logo looks alright and if I place a further order I will probably do away with small text tag lines and make the contact number larger. I will also consider puting it all on a dark background if purchasing light coloured garments.

Ordered a number of personalised items online, had to send a separate email to customer services with specific details that I couldn't fit in the original order. Twice I made reference to the email but it was never passed to their artwork dept, had to do this myself. The email contained all details required for the order (which was the same as a previous order) but I still had to correct the proof they sent me. Order arrived with in a week but one item hadn't printed correctly. I sent a photo to customer services, they were polite but clearly didn't check the original order as they couldn't see what the problem was. Numerous emails later, (which felt like me having to do their job for them) a replacement was sent. I also had to request a new invoice as the first had incorrect prices on it.

I have nothing to fault apart from the gloves I bought I’m a size 8 and every glove has a size 8 on them.But there huge more like a size 10

Great product, great service, but not acceptable to send me a different customers garment. Whilst I now have the correct garment, the delay and unnecessary effort has not been acknowledged by Workwear Express - that is the most disappointing thing of all.

I didn't have a great result really... They are obviously a very very busy company, and it took far too long to be told that I couldn't get the embroidery sized the way I wanted...

I would rate as good due to the fact that the trousers I ordered were described as short but short in Regatta is 29" and I got 30" so miss described. So I wasted A pair. The refund was very quick on the rest of the order.

Dont get me wrong I'm a great fan of Fruit of Loom wear, They are normally in good quality. But Im a tad mythed about one of the TShirts sleeves that the stitching has come away from main TShirt body after the first wash, on close inspection all other are OK

I purchased 2 polo tops and a jumper with my company logo stitched on. The polo tops are great and the stitching is fine, however the jumpers arms are really short, if you're ordering a size medium I'd go up to large to avoid this.

I bought L thinking they might be a little on the small side. I should have bought XL! I usually buy M so, sized very small. Otherwise a good lightweight hoodie for the summer months.

Ordered 2 sizes as unsure of fit and kept and have worn chosen one and was very pleased, however as return process was not a simple one did not return unwanted item. This as a company lets you down badly.

Speedy delivery. Size 6 is my normal size but the boots are too big in length & width & I’ll need to wear 2 pairs of thick socks to get them to fit. I suspect they will fit mens feet better. Quite a hard inner footbed & will try insoles with them. Not going to risk trying a size smaller as not sure if they will fit either.

Every order I place with you I have to double check as the sizes are put down incorrectly, the style, the price changes. Also, the jackets that we have in grey are 6 months old and the colour is fading
