I had to ring customer service to see where the trousers were. the trousers were coming direct the manufacturer - they hadn't done anything. so after a wee gentle nudge they decided to send some. instead of a 31" inside I got a 33" leg so then had the expense of getting them shortened. not brilliant all round.

We are happy with the quality of these products but very disappointed with he turn around. We waited weeks for our order which was then incorrect.

My experience was very dissapointing. From start to finish, there was confusion and although the amended artwork was sent through, approved and confirmed it will be on all garments... I was sent the complete wrong logo on all garments. The reason I am rating WorkWear Express higher than a 1* is because Sandra (customer adviser) showed some sympathy and took over my complaint, assured me I would hear from her at a specific time which she stuck too unlike her colleagues and spoke to me like a real person. She made every effort to resolve the case and did a fantastic job. Props to her and if she shows all customers this level of support, then they are very lucky. All in all, fantastic service from Sandra. But unfortunately I cannot say the same for the rest of the team (that I spoke too)

The quality of the goods are always excellent. However, I've had to cancel two (maybe three) orders after they were not delivered in time, which was extremely disappointing, particularly as I contacted customer service to keep making sure everything was on track. We started to use another company but still use you occasionally.

The service received was very good, particularly the young lady who was very helpful in getting the the right colours for our logo. The stitching on the logo is of excellent quality and I cannot fault the speed of delivery. The only regret I have and the reason for rating this as acceptable as opposed to very good is the quality of the polo shirts themselves. They have now been washed 3 times at a low temperature and have shrunk considerably and feel course to the touch. It is my opinion that even though each shirt is only worn once a week I will be lucky to get 2 months use out of them. Strongly recommend that other purchasers do not buy the "premium Fruit of the loom polo shirts" but try another brand.

I wouldn’t say Workwear Express made me happy as they laboured my need to review artwork and to confirm I was happy, then sent the shirts after a three week period start finish with the wrong logo. After I complained and asked to be compensated they knocked off 15% but still sent invoices although I had paid, so I ignored them, after a further 10days I received the shirts which I must say are fine, but it was a stressful process!

Unfortunately i never got to see the caps i ordered as the delivery driver delivered them took a picture of the safe place where he left my order and then took the parcel with him! The lady next door seen! And the delivery company wont do anything about it! If i ordered again please can you use royal mail Kim

Delivery was quick and returns made easy. However, both times I returned items I waited weeks for the refund to show in my bank account. It was only when I contacted them again that, on both occasions, they completed the refund. Leaves me thinking that they are probably trying it on and hoping customers don’t check their refunds have actually gone through.

Disappointed. I thought I was buying the usual Regatta trousers with lots of zip pockets. These had only two zipped pockets. Would have been helpful if the description had made that clear.

Quality is as expected for the price. I wanted plain reasonably priced t shirts. The sizing is small though. I wear anything from a UK 14-18, depending on the brand. I ordered XXL to be on the safe size and expected the t shirts to be roomy but they barely fit. I could do with them being at least one more size up if not 2. Think H&M not M&S.

The process was fairly painless and reasonably quick for delivery. Initial quality of branding was poor and was not clearly checked before it left for delivery but it was quickly dealt with.

Once paid very quick to generate order and send. Very quick also to do art work and revise. The only negative is we asked for screen printing of Logo (see order) and we actually got vinyl which we hope does not peel off.

The first tshirt the fabric was very thin and a bit small for a XL. So I ordered another but a different make when the fabric was much better but even though I ordered an XXL it’s the same size as the XL. If you order anything from the DOUBLE CHECK ALL sizes as different makes have all different sizes.

Our delivery was really late, due to some sizes out of stock, which was mentioned to us days after we placed the order. We had to go forward with other sizes than the ones we needed, in order to have the delivery faster. However, the communication from your side was fantastic (I was talking to Katie Stokoe). She did everything she could to move the process faster, always with a very positive attitude.
