I wasnt very pleased with my service. Initially i didnt receive a comfirmation email, i had to keep chasing my proof and when it did come through i genuinely didnt know if i should laugh or cry! It was horrendous and i dont know how it was allowed to be sent. Even when i phoned customer services multiple staff had a similar reaction to me when they saw it and said how bad it was. I had to keep chasing the updated proof and it took a while. I was pleased with the final embroidered logo but not sure why it couldnt have been produced in the first place! I ordered before i was going away and had left plenty of time to get them before i went but it was just a bit of a nightmare to sort!

The hoodie arrived too late for me to use on holiday. Now on my return I find it is too thick and heavy and would like to return it for a refund. Please can you supply a return address and refund application. Many Thanks. Trish Duncan

Well....I was disappointed that you ignored our careful description and mock up photos of our order and therefore the first batch was wrong....and then wouldn't accept a sensible offer for the wrong ones, and then invoiced us for the wrong ones, and only credited us once they had been returned - all this was your fault/lack of quality control - and the subsequent credit notes deducted the cost of delivery - so we had to pay twice for the garments we ordered.. Not exactly top quality service & assistance bearing in mind the efforts we went to explain and design our requirements.... I order two black rain/waterproof jackets in M and L and uploaded a logo to have put onto the back of both. Ref: ER119977. When I received confirmation I chased up as it had no mention of the logo. I received an email to say I'd receive an additional email with the logo. Both arrived without the logo and after chasing I've heard nothing back. I've tried to contact twice!

Good quality finish on embroidery, but I did ask whether these caps would fit a one year old. They do but also an adult with a small head! Shame because they are very cool, but the lads will have to grow into them.

I had to return trousers as too small. Then received an email to say you had received them. BUT I then had to chase you up after a few weeks to find out where my replacement trousers were. I was dealt with by a very nice customer service person and my trousers arrived within a couple of days as stated. She was unable to give any explanation as to what had gone wrong to cause such a delay.

I was so exited to find finally supplier that can do the products that I was looking for such a long time ! Unfortunately the first order arrived and I was so disappointed to see that my logo that should of been white had black stitching in places and looked awful. I am not an expert in embroidery and would off thought that someone would question this....nobody did. I have sent an email to which I still have no respond. Other issue is COST to high ......such a shame as range of products is amazing !

T-shirts were fine & delivered in time, but communication was very hit & miss. Most emails went ignored & required a follow-up phone call. The pixelated print was also frustrating & avoidable, as I had many different file sizes of artwork had I have been made aware of any issue.

The designer made sure our order was made exactly as we wanted it. 'Express' is somewhat misleading though, and a lack of progress updates made us a bit anxious.

Logo wrong size and in wrong location even though we made amendments to the proof. Logo already started to fade after several washes.

The promotion for free artwork/setup was the best part of the experience. However that's where it ends. The garments looked fine when we received them, but the fit was much tigher/smaller than normal, and tighter/smaller than the size conversions listed on the website. This was consistent as our order had S-M-L-XL items. After just one wash the embroidered straight line has gone all wibbly wobbly. Workwear Express only seem to send emails out once a day at 16.45 which mean you've got little time to call in case of any issues. Any order updates, confirmations, artwork aproval messages that do come through are also likely to go in to spam, so you've really got to keep an eye on things. I was given incorrect information about the timescales, and despite paying a 25% premium for 'urgent order' this in fact only brought forward delivery by one day. I had to telephone every day to keep the order progressing and hit the deadline. I was recommended to use this company by a friend, who has never had any problems, and was embarrased that my experience was not as good as theirs.

Really happy with our final product but was very let down by the service we received. Our first order was placed & the artwork was received & approved in a timely manor. It however then took nearly 3 weeks, numerous phone calls & emails until we finally received what we had ordered. Some advisors being very rude & unhelpful in the process. We were also lied to by them. We are happy with the final product but really hope that we service we received improves in future for ourselves & new customers to them.
