sorry but the pictures you have shown on your advertised .T-shirt it is not the one I was think so even so the material cotton not the one.. to be honest I was looking for a long then my waist , this not long then my waist and this the one I want for thanks. The work wear I have order has been of an ok quality, the embroidery has not always been great quality for the price you pay.The sizes have been difficult to choose and each make come up different and the sales staff our reluctant to advise you on this matter... The return's process is complicated. I have always found the staff impatient and not very approachable when it comes to quires.

the staff are great, the goods are great, but god the service is slow.. 5 weeks now for 2 t shirts and a hoodie.... i don t know where they get the times from for their website but allow at least 2 months and about 10 phone calls to get your stuff....

Poor communication first time around ordering but was rectified once i notified them . I brought a cardigan hoodie which has come up very small had to exchange for a bigger size and is not much bigger. Sizes not true to size very disappointing.

Most of the items were excellent, happy with the quality and the colours (except the female t shirts)

Corporate clients expect a certain level of service when placing an order. We recently ordered a single sample for a customer and this took well over 6 weeks to come. This then effects our customer service KPIS. When our account manager is off there needs to someone to stand in and continue the service. This didn't appear to happen.

Received my parcel later than expected with a bit of confusion about deliveries and collections your end but katie was very helpful but tshirts were excellent once again

well at least you are asking your customers. My order was for two ties. It was an off the wall idea for a Swiss-based cricket team. No idea what the material was but my wife had to iron both samples to make them presentable. It was the stitching of the logo that caused creasing. The minor barrage of invoices after payment with the very small print saying ignore if you have paid. That cheesed me off. It looks like the Club will run with an order but sadly not through you but near Lake Como, Italy, instead.

The actual product was excellent. Unfortunately the customer service fell considerably short. Firstly you have to deal with 3 different departs who don't seem to communicate. Secondly, I asked for the product for a specific date for an event. It arrived 1 day too late. They would not even send out on a same day.

the logos look great but they were the wrong colour, I was surprised as you had never made these errors previously.

We made a large order and when it arrived the logo was incorrect. I tried calling however i was on hold then I was on the phone for 15 minutes and everything which i was told i found very inconsistent, the lady who i needed to speak to who took the order was on the phone. I asked several times to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one was available. The order got collected yesterday and we are waiting for the correct one to arrive so fingers crossed!

Initial contact was very good. Subsequently this was let down by poor communication. The end product was of good quality and the stitched logo looks great.

They have a wide range of products and are competitive enough on price but if you are in a rush or want an express service not so great. TOP TIP ALWAYS HAVE A PAPER?EMAIL TRAIL. I got fobbed off so many times on the phone saying that my order would be delivered tomorrow; Tomorrow comes, no your delivery is out for delivery today; Next day comes no your delivery is out for delivery today; Repeat. Thankfully I got the order through eventually but past the time I needed it by even with express delivery and quality was good, but some (not all) of the staff are really snotty on the phone, definitely puts a sour taste in my mouth.

the quality of the two hats were good condition, the white and black and black on black one. the army and black didn't have the texture and quality material used on the first two

The cotton polo shirt I ordered fitted well and washed reasonably well. The zip up hoodie I ordered in the same size was too tight and I couldn't zip it up. It has also started to pill after only one wear and wash. I ordered another one in a different make, which has yet to arrive.
