“Shocking service, ordered online and selected option to ‘customise all’. Order confirmation was not clear so checked the details and was advised that only one garment was charged for embroidery. Additional cost for other garments would be £30 (to embroider 4 t-shirts). Order was quickly cancelled!!! Will order from somewhere else....”

“Ordered, about a week later I got my order through. The wrong t shirts were sent, I contacted Workwear Express to let them know. They said they would send the correct ones through. 10 days later, no show. The print quality of the t shirts was quite poor. Colour variation between prints on the same colour t shirts and fuzzy outlines. Sizing varies wildly between products. I ordered a fleece and a hoodie both in size L. Jumper fits perfectly zip through hoodie comes in about 4" bigger. Embroidered products are acceptable quality but not high quality.”

“Appalling Service, in fact no service what so ever, which I would rate at zero stars if I could. I have been trying to place an order through the website following several attempts of getting as far as the product and the system not letting me go any further I have given up trying. I went onto the live chat and explained the problems I was having and in return all I got was oh sorry, no attempt to resolve my problem and secure my order. Reading other reviews it looks as though I have had a lucky escape. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.”

“Delivered product medium turned out be an extra small even though it said medium on label When I called to mention above I was told to order a sample before they embroider. No where does it say that on the website. I also didn’t receive a proof print before they sent order even though they said they would email me a proof copy before embroidery. Not happy now I have to wait for their quality control to inspect in the meantime I have no workwear”

“Absolutely shocking service. Website allows you to order products for next day delivery that they do not have in stock. The customer service team to not contact you to inform you that you will not be getting your delivery!! Very Poor service”

“A good range of clothing to choose from. Ordering online was easy. I was worried that with doing it online, I wouldn't be able to speak to anyone about my order, but I was able to speak to customer services and artwork departments on the phone to resolve my queries. Once the artwork was approved, the embroidered items arrived 4 days later. I was kept up dated via email on the progress every step of the way. The clothing is good quality and the embroidered logos look great. I'm really happy with the result and would recommend Workwear Express for personalised work wear!”

“So very impressed and happy with Workwear Express. I got replies on bank holidays and once I accepted the artwork proof, it went straight to production and the entire process took approximately 4 days!
