“I have just called the customer services, and the operator was speaking very quietly I can barely hear what he is saying, I definitely can fell he is not in the mood to talk and help, very bad. unprofessional!!!!!!”

“Ordered front and back with embroidered logo but received email to say not possible.. not sure why there is the option to order? Sent no artwork meaning we thought our order had been shipped but it had not even been processed. Asked for a copy of the artwork and got told we had already signed it off, even though we had never received any. order was late because of this. Will not order from them again.”

Hello, On our website we do not have the facility to allow you to see what the logos will look like on the garments before you order. However rest assured that once your order is placed with us the artwork will go to the art team who will create your proof for you to approve. We will not proceed with your order until you are 100% happy.

“I purchased some Polo shirts for work. The price was good and the ordering and delivery processes were very simple and quick. The shirts however were a little disappointing. Very scratchy and to be fair probably reflected the cheap price point. The XL is a little tight.”
