“Without doubt the worst customer care I've ever received! I ordered some T-shirts with my business logo on, When I received the T-shirts the logo was out of position (almost into the armpit). They were supposed to send a PROOF of how it would look as it states on the website BUT I was told later, that only happens if the customer asks for it! I first spoke to the online help (apparently only there to assist people with new orders) and was told to ring the following day. I rang the next day and was asked to send pictures to show the problem (I did) and they conceded it was a fault at their end. I was then told I'd have to send the defective T-shirts back before I received the new ones. I needed the T-shirts ASAP and insisted that it wasn't good enough. The next day I Spoke to them again and asked if they could send out the new shirts with the 24-hour turnaround service they provide. I was told that wouldn't be possible (even though you could order 24 hour goods from the website at that time) after a few phone calls later they agreed to do it and made out that they were doing me a favour! I also asked why the shirts weren't checked and they said that they can't possibly check them all (all the -shirts were misprinted) and that they'll always be human error which i understand but the problem is they make out that they're doing me a favour by rectifying it and they only did it quickly after several phone calls. To make things worse I've had several e-mails and calls asking me to return the old T-shirts which I had to agreed to but at my leisure. I let a lot of people down with the T-shirts being late and I've been offered nothing in the way of compensation until the other T-shirts are returned (Like they're holding me to ransom). To make things worse, check the photo below of the logo after 2 30 degree washes! AVOID!”

“I was very happy with my order, the shirts are perfect and love them. Advice - read the print dimensions of your design carefully, because it is in mm rather than cm so initially you might think it’s bigger size than it is e.g. 24mm is actually 2.4cm. However, when I noticed the size was in mm, the team were great in helping me resolve this, because I wanted my print bigger. They made my print into the biggest size they could and it came out great. So overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.”
