“Trying to understand the proof details was very confusing and when asked for a large embroidery on the six items order, was charged but goods arrived with small embroidery. After several frustrating emails, I was give the email address of a manager and she did manage to sort the problem out albeit I had to send the items back for replacements. So now I do not have any items at the moment.”

“I thought I ordered Blue Max Penthouse but received Banner. Cheap alternative that has gone ‘bobbled’ on the front first time wearing. Not cheap, didn’t expect cheap material so will not order again. I am very unhappy with the quality!”

“Very patient while agreeing a logo design/colours. Prompt production and delivery too. Most of all the product quality was very good. Would defiantly use them again.”

“Placing an order was quick and easy online. The only issues i had with my purchase was that after ordering and making sure embroidery was correct was there was an issue with stock for one of the sizes i had ordered, they were really quick in letting me know and offered solutions to which i just changed the colour of all garments as they had the all required sizes in stock for that colour. There was what I can only call human error in the order there was 1x Large, 1x 2XL and 1x 3XL but what was delivered was 1x Large and 2x 2XL The reason I have no complaints about this is I realise we are all human and errors are made also the person that requested the 3XL fits into the 2XL just fine so no exchange had to be made. I Will definitely be ordering from Workwear Express again!!”

“I placed an order two weeks ago for two polos to be embroidered and two baseball tops to be printed with my companies logo. I was contacted three days after completing my order on their website and paying to be advised I had to pay an additional charge to set up embroidery NONE of this was advised before taking my money. and here I am two and a half weeks later no customised items and no refund despite asking for a refund and to cancel foursomes over the past week. 24 hr turnaround lol”

“• I sent your company an email asking for a quote for specific sized T-Shirts. • I received a quote for these T-shirts • I queried the sizing and was told by your company that what you had quoted was appropriate for what I asked for • I proceeded with the order • On delivery, the sizes were completely different for what I ordered • T-Shirts were returned to you • You reviewed email and telephone correspondence and agreed that the T-shirts were not the sizes that I originally asked for • You tell me that you will not replace the T-shirts with the correct sizes and ask me to re-order with a 10% discount”
