“Initial delivery of the Vango Hogan hub event shelter I ordered was badly damaged. The tent poles had pierced the bag and the outer sheeting presumably from a very heavy drop in transit. World of camping sorted out the problem straight away and arranged delivery of a replacement and collection of the damaged product. Great communication and a swift solution to the problem. Would recommend for a great service.”
