“Although the Outwell Arbeam tent we ordered and paid for, took longer to be delivered than 1st thought, not World of Camping fault, Outwell recalled the tent, they kept us informed , offered us a good alternative which we turned down as we like Outwell, once the tent was in stock with them, we received it as promise the next day. Thank you World of Camping fab customer service and no false expectations ☺”

“Excellent service from world of camping, just a shame DHL can’t work to the same standards absolutely shocking delivery service! Had a mail to confirm delivery would be Tuesday, I asked to place in safe place and website confirmed it was accepted and no signature was required, I then got an email saying they called but I was not home, no card left or no explanation why it was left in safe place. I then emailed DHL to ask for feedback , never got a reply, and getting through to speak to someone was like a military operation! I then arranged delivery for Wednesday and booked the day off work... the website showing delivery was due on this day! Surprise surprise nothing turned up all day, I then checking tracking number and it was now showing delivery Friday! It arrived Friday and in perfect condition, but in future I’ll select another supplier using a reliable carrier like DPD or Royal Mail.”
