“Product received was not as per the description given on website. Was told by World if Camping that the erroneous parts had been discussed with manufacturer, but that product was as per design, so it had “no fault”, However we purchased item based on advertised features. The matter is still a dispute with World of Camping. Very disappointing and poor response to issue do far.”

“Dear World of Camping, The refrigerator we ordered was delivered as expected. It was well packed, and there was no difficulty unpacking it. The product worked first time, with no trouble. There was a small amount of "smell" while the unit bedded in (it may be useful to mention to future purchasers), but this disappeared quickly. Thank you for the helpful service. Although we are not campers ( the "frig" is for a well ventilated outbuilding at a country property where there are no mains services), we shall return to you if we have any requirement for peripheral hardware.
