“Ordered a Kampa Khazi, it was delivered promptly but not packed great. Doesn’t come in a product box but apparently that is how they are delivered from the suppliers. The product had a small ‘chip’ out of the side rim & the lid looked like it had had something sliding around on it or stored on it for a long time. I felt like it was either shop soiled or a return. I called to say I was disappointed with the product & explained why & was immediately offered an exchange, without fuss or question. Exchange arrived promptly, original taken away by delivery courier. Replacement was packed much better & in new condition (apart from a small scratch on the lid but barely noticeable). Haven’t used it yet, but product seems substantial enough for the ‘job’ & we’re looking forward to giving it a test run. Happy with price & service 👍”
