“you processed my order really quickly, unfortunately I haven't yet received the goods because UK Mail (part of DPD) are so useless. They told me at 8.30 a.m. Thursday 2nd Nov they would be delivering but it was too late to be there or change the delivery as the app wouldn't work. They turned up but didn't bother asking a neighbour and said they would try again on 3 Nov. I got a time at 8.30 a.m.- 12.06, so arranged to get back from work to be there and also told them they could ask a neighbour. They then changed the time to 16.46 hour slot. They didn't turn up. Later found they had returned the parcel to the depot 25 miles from my home, at 17.00. No they say I have to collect it. Can't get to speak with anyone, stupid email messaging service. Hopeless. And the depot shuts at 17.30. Very fed up.”
