“I dealt with James. I purchased a Campingaz Party Grill 600. Unfortunately when delivered the base-plate of the unit was broken, although the packaging was not damaged. The handle was also missing. James, did everything he could to rectify the Situation in a very professional manner. In the end he credited the original payment. I can only presume that World of Camping was not responsible for the Problems, and that they delivered the unit as it was delivered to them. These things do happen, and what marks a Company as a good Company is that how they treat their customers in such a difficult Situation. Excellent ! I will certainly want to place future purchases with this Company.”

“The delivery tracking outside the UK was very poor. However the goods were delivered a day earlier than scheduled. Part of the polystyrene packing was removed from the box containing the largest item to make room for a smaller item purchased at the same time. This resulted in a protruding item piercing the box and being vulnerable to damage.”

“Ordered a Gas Stove to go to France. Not easy to track progress (perhaps partly down to me) and rang 2 or 3 times for help. Always spoke to very helpful and well informed sales persons who were able to reassure me and the stove arrived safely and within the anticipated time scale. Very good price both on the item purchased and the delivery to France. Would certainly recommend and use again”

“I was after a Robens Denali tent stove, which was being offered at a much better price than anywhere else. It was packed and sent out promptly, and arrived quickly. Everything was present and correct, and the product was brilliant (I took it out last weekend and it pretty much revolutionises shoulder-season camping). I'd definitely recommend both the stove and World of Camping.”
