“Not terribly impressed - the two deckchair umbrellas I ordered arrived in reasonable time, but one of them was damaged (see photo): the metal around the mechanism which unfurls the umbrella is buckled, meaning it's a bit of a fight to open it. Isn't there any quality control before items are sent out? This is my first purchase from World of Camping...I think it may be my last.”

“Stove ordered three weeks before our holiday and despite chasing, and being told it would arrive, it never appeared. I have now received an email saying there may be no more stock until next season. Very frustrating!”

“I ordered a Kampa skipper recliner chair, however it was rather poorly wrapped in black and clear plastic with bits exposed and the arms were all scraped and slightly damaged. I had expected that it would be boxed to prevemt this from happening and the Vango extension poles I ordered too, although arrived undamaged they were just wrapped inside this black plastic and shoved in with the chair. It all looked very unprofessionally packaged and thrown together. As I write this review I only noticed today that the arms were all scraped. I have yet to email World of camping re this damage.”
