“After I placed my order they discovered that my item was out of stock. They quickly advised me and gave me a lead time or an alternative to order a more expensive item at a discount. This was very helpful, but I waited for my ordered item, which arrived about five days earlier than envisaged. I would definitely recommend them and I will certainly look to use them again depending on my future camping requirements”

“Purchased a pair of windbreaks fom World of Camping, used it 3 times and the spikes kept snapping off. Very disappointed with this, so I sent them an email.. I explained what had happened and they offered to send out brand new replacement items and collect the faulty ones, at the same time. I accepted this offer and they told me the date this was happening. Everything happened as it should and I now have my brand new windbreaks, not used yet though. I can only say what excellent Customer Service, I received from World of Camping. Hence the 5 stars. I have purchased from them in the past and I would 100% recommend this Company. The whole process was hassle free,. Thank you World of Camping,, your Customer Service is second to none.”
