“An item that I ordered was out of stock. Not only did I get a warning message when I checked out, I also received an email from Jack Simmons in Sales first thing the following working morning explaining that one item was not going to be in stock until mid-March and did I want everything else straight away or to wait and deliver it all together. Recently I have ordered from other online shops and bought an out of stock product, and then been kept waiting with no contact until I queried the whereabouts of my order. Like most, i don't mind waiting if I am kept informed. It was amazing to receive such prompt and clear service from Jack and I will be coming to World of Camping for all my needs in future”

“I ordered a supply of Thetford toilet cassette "tea bags" and lodged my card details. I was emailed by this company advising me that they item was no longer available in the present form, the supplier having increased the amount of "tea bags" in the container. They also stated that they were awaiting a fresh delivery. The world of Camping however advised me that they would honour the existing price. The goods have now been received by myself.”

“I ordered a portable loo, folding cutlery set and a collapsible kettle. All look good but not tried out yet. Waiting for the warmer weather! Can’t fault the delivery service though. I’ll post a fuller review when items have been tested. However, I doubt the cutlery set needs to be tested exactly! It’s perfect for what we want - easy to pack away and no rattling while driving!”
