“Made a pre-order for a drive away awning . Was phoned to make sure I knew it was a pre-order. Unfortunately it was late arriving to WofC. I was going away for two weeks, so I contacted them to ask not to sendy order until I returned . This they did on 24hr post . It arrived the day after I returned as promised . They could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Will certainly use WofC again.”

“I am disappointed with the size, as they are advertised as large and in my opinion they are not large. They are small size and my partner agrees with me. I think it would be helpful in future if you were to include sizes in the advertising. When I opened them they look as though they had been scraped on a concrete floor, scratched and scuffed at the edges. Very disappointed unfortunately.”

We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We do have the size of the glasses under the specification tab on the product to give an informed choice for the customer and it looks like you may not have seen this information. We can orgainise a return if you get in contact with customer services.

“Good product, competative price. Let down by delivery Agents. Wasted 2 days sitting at home having been notified of delivery set time, No show, told would be with me soon, No contact no delivery. Contacted UK mail, pretty useless driver couldnt find address despite having contact number to help. Told should be next morning still no show could not speak to anyone. Furious just lost two days work. Eventually left in safe place 3 days after first notification. Let World of Camping down badly”

They promised me my awning on the day after I arrived back from my holidays to make sure their was someone in . It arrived exactly as promised , sent on 24hr delivery .
