“Just brilliant. You never know the quality of a business until you have a problem. In my case a camping chair I had ordered had broke on its first outing (faulty stitching). I sent an email explaining with very low expectations. It was responded to very quickly and professionally. I was given the choice of refund,exchange or both (choose another chair plus settle difference. I chose the last option and arranged a date for an exchange that suited me. All went through just fine. We'll done World of Camping. I will definitely be using you again.”

“We ordered a couple of sleeping bags from World of Camping, we were told immediately that these were out of stock and that they would get them in as soon as possible, the very next day we were told they had got the bags and dispatched them to us. We still received the bags with 2 working days of ordering. Very impressed as we were able to catch the good weather on the top of the mountain!”
