“We ordered a couple of sleeping bags from World of Camping, we were told immediately that these were out of stock and that they would get them in as soon as possible, the very next day we were told they had got the bags and dispatched them to us. We still received the bags with 2 working days of ordering. Very impressed as we were able to catch the good weather on the top of the mountain!”

“3 stars for speedy delivery, however box was bashed and open. Not tried the tent as no time to check if everything was in it! I am sure this could be one off issue but I paid for fast delivery as I needed the tent for the next morning. It came when I expected it hence three stars. I will update once tried tent.”

“I ordered an item for next day delivery which didn't arrive as expected. I called and spoke with someone who advised they'd contact the courier company and it looked as if the item had been mis-routed - but no-one called me back to provide an update (it was towards the end of the business day). The item arrived the following day. It's a bit annoying that I paid for next day delivery, however it was the courier company's fault and not World of Camping.”
