Ordering was ok except the online site automatically put the billing post code as the address postcode which i wanted dofferent and when the item arrived it has a very deep scratch on it. It looks like it might be returned goods. I have yet to work out what to do because i need the pump for this weekend.

I placed an order for this item and was under the Impression that it would be of a material like the fabric used for tents, It in fact is like the fabric used for covering garden tables and chairs, a green plastic fabric which I have found in the past to only last a season, not UV protected and rips easy. Well over priced. Will be returning.

Unfortunately the sleeping bag I ordered came in a split cover bag with a few tiny holes in the sleeping bag. The packaging it came in was not damaged in anyway so it must have been sent that way. I needed it to take to a Festival the next day so had no choice but to keep it. Won’t be using World of camping again.

It is unacceptable that I have made the order from July 1, pay 30 euros for shipping to get the order to me after July 20. For orders I made from China with free shipping, my order was in less than 20 days. Unfortunately for me there was no information from you before I made the order that it would be delayed so much. I am very unhappy with this delay.

Very disappointed in the performance as it broke did not live up to expectations.considering it has 2 year guarantee and not cheap.

Your online facilities need some urgent attention. I have been unable to track delivery of my Provence gas heater and inspite of your helpful staff member finding my order, it was not delivered today as was anticipated. I may be retired but life is busy and waiting around for a delivery is not top of my bucket list before I fall off my perch! I do hope delivery is effected tomorrow otherwise my candid nature will know no bounds.my ratings reflect the above.

Arrived super fast. Well packaged. Not used awning as yet so cant really comment on products bought. Did have issue with signing in on web site to track parcel (wouldnt let me said my account didnt exist).

10Sept I raised the complaint below and spoke to Jack in customer services. In essence it was a poor experience to pay £5.99 for delivery of items that were badly packaged in the box with no bubble wrap. I managed to clean the mark on the biscuit barrel. The 'replacement' tray , arranged by Jack, arrived and although it was in bubble wrap it arrived in a worse 'bent state' than the first tray , even though marked fragile . I tried to call but line was engaged. I now am bitterly disappointed that only the barrel is worth providing as a gift . **Please can you kindly arrange a credit of the tray value £3.99 , and assure a review of your packaging process. Disappointed that you advertised something that i bought which didn’t include what the description included. Leading me into paying well over the odd for something that wasnt even usable. When i described my situation over the phone, apparently i was talking absolute rubbish until it was read back to me and i was correct. Thankfully i was sent something to use. But really a discount was in order to compensate

I had to ring up to find out were my goods were only to find that they were out of stock. I had been charged despite this. Quickly sorted though and they arrived the next day.

This stove has a carrying handle which sheered off the first time I attempted to lift it into my car. For such a heavy item it is amazing that the screws are so small about one quarter of an inch long, screwed into plastic which has disintegrated. The item cost £99.99 so one would expect a better system than that. I was lucky the stove didn't land on my foot. Not good. I haven't used the item yet so can't comment on it at the moment. The Taiga 600 XL tent was very good. But, the third time we used it in two years a beam exploded due to the heat (They were inflated within the safety limit). The company sent the tent to the manufacturer for inspection and the manufacturer did not want to review it, saying it was wet. The day before it rained a little and the lower area that touches the ground was wet. Obviously, this reason is an excuse for not taking responsibility. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller have offered us any solution. Nor have they assumed any responsibility. Maybe that attitude is because I'm not English? I think that's the real reason. I'm Basque and I am very far away. We have told them that the tent does not offer any security and that they can throw it away. Unfortunately, a lot of money thrown away and the hope to use the tent for many years, gone.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately Vango, any other manufacturer or ourselves can not accept a wet tent as there is risk with spores that can develope in the material. We would encourage all users to make sure their tent, awnings and accessories are throughly dry before being stored. You did ask us to dispose of your tent, however you were first offered this to be sent back to you. Had you dried this tent, we are sure Vango would of examined this for you and maybe a resolution could have been found.

Not terribly impressed - the two deckchair umbrellas I ordered arrived in reasonable time, but one of them was damaged (see photo): the metal around the mechanism which unfurls the umbrella is buckled, meaning it's a bit of a fight to open it. Isn't there any quality control before items are sent out? This is my first purchase from World of Camping...I think it may be my last.

Charged £13 for small £3.00 purchase sent through normal Royal Mail.. outrageous had to do it because could not get these connectors anywhere else
