Thank you for your review. Sorry you feel it is a disapointing experience. You placed your order yesterday on a 3-5 day delivery service and we can see it was dispatched yesterday so should be delivered with in your service selected.

Asked before I proceeded to shop if I would like a discount code to use, just had to sign up to the newsletter. Obviously I did everyone loves a discount, yet get to check out and no option was given to apply the code provided by you!”
