“I recently bought off you 2 Multimat cushion/pillows. They arrived today and on testing one is perfect and the other is faulty as it starts to deflate straight away on its own and when you lay your had on it the air comes out of the valve rapidly. Totally unacceptable and obviously a faulty valve as i have tested it now 5 times, and its actually deflating before my eyes as i write this review. Your tracking system, it does not work as the page keeps coming up as 'cant be displayed'. I would like a replacement for the faulty one please and am happy to send back the faulty one as its good for nothing. Regards, Niall McGovern.”
