“What didn't go wrong. I paid extra for next day delivery, it didn't arrive, when I called to enquire they said (and in fairness to the chap that dealt with the complaint - who was very polite and helpful) the UK Mail had lost it, and he arranged for a replacement to be sent the next day and to defund the extra postage we paid. We ordered a windbreaker, that two poles bend the first time it was put up (when we were on holiday for a week) I called and complained, they said they would send a replacement that would arrive the next day, it didn't - so we didn't have a windbreaker for 4 days of our holiday. We also ordered a rotating washing line which arrived in a different colour to what we ordered. We will be sending back and asking for a refund.”
