“Excellent service in a time of need. Storm Francis hit in August and destroyed our tent. WOC, were able to have a replacement tent available immediately for me to pick up even though their shop was closed. Thank you!”

“During our camping holiday in Cornwall we were struck by storm Francis which damaged our driveaway awning beyond repair. We needed to replace it very rapidly in order to continue our stay. We sourced the one we wanted from World of Camping and started to arrange for next day delivery to our campsite but ran out of time, so we phoned them to see if it would be possible to collect it from the warehouse as we were basically on the doorstep. They were very helpful and understanding and advised us to make the online order and call them back with the reference number which we did, they then called us back to say it would be ready to collect in the next half hour. Collected with no problems. The best bit was that they advised us NOT to put the awning up that night because the bad weather wasn't over and we'd risk losing another one! Very happy customers! Thank you very much.”
