“I paid extra for next day delivery and they sent the wrong item! The lady on the phone was very helpful, and said she’d arranged for the right item to be delivered the next day (sat morn) we were relying on this as we were going away for the weekend. It came on Monday morning.....completely ruined our weekend”

“I ordered a Vango Hogan Hub from this company and delivery was really quick. Unfortunately it was far too big for our purposes and I contacted regarding a refund. The customer service was really good and a refund was agreed. I then found an Outdoor Revolution Cayman Pursuit Shelter on their site and enquired about an exchange instead. This was arranged really quickly and arrived by next day delivery with the Vango collected from me at the same time. We have put up the Cayman and it is just what we are looking for. Thank you World of Camping for all your help, it is appreciated”

“World of Camping were the only retailer that had the awning we wanted in stock but it was still at a reasonable price so we ordered. Speed of delivery was amazing as it arrived the next day. Good communication via email from seller so overall very pleased and would recommend them.”
